Scrub hands and arms with soap and water, rinse with water, then scrub with alcohol solution for disinfecting.
External Solution for use as a topical antiseptic. May also be used for temporary relief of minor muscular aches or pain due to overexertion and fatigue. Apply full strength directly to affected area, wet throughly and massage briskly to stimulate circulation. Store at controlled room temperature between 2C and 30C (36F and 86F).
