Ingredients

Corn meal, soybean oil, lecithin and silicon dioxide

Must be mixed with other ingredients before feeding. Do not use in feeds containing bentonite. Mixing and conveying equipment should be properly grounded. Each pound of Deccox ® contains 27.2 grams of decoquinate.

Cattle

For the prevention of coccidiosis in ruminating and non-ruminating calves (including veal calves) and cattle caused by Eimeria bovis and E. zuernii.
Thoroughly mix Deccox into the ration at a rate to provide decoquinate at a daily dose of 22.7 mg/100 lbs (0.5 mg/kg) of body weight. Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis exposure or when experience indicates that coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard. Coccidiostats are not indicated for use in adult animals due to continuous previous exposure.
The following formula can be used to calculate the amount of Deccox (6% decoquinate) to be included in one ton of feed to provide the daily dosage of 22.7 mg decoquinate per 100 lbs body weight.
Note: Mix Deccox in a ratio of 1:9 with ground grain prior to adding it to the mixer.

Do not feed to cows producing milk for food

Sheep

For the prevention of coccidiosis in young sheep caused by Eimeria ovinoidalis , E. crandallis , E. parva , and E. bakuensis .
Thoroughly mix Deccox into the ration at a rate to provide decoquinate at a daily dose of 22.7 mg/100 lbs (0.5 mg/kg) of body weight. Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis exposure or when experience indicates that coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard.

Warning

Do not feed to sheep producing milk for food

Poultry

Complete Ration - Type C Medicated Product
For the prevention of coccidiosis in broiler chickens - caused by Eimeria tenella , E. necatrix , E. acervulina , E. mivati , E. maxima , and E. brunetti .
Thoroughly mix one (1) pound of Deccox in each ton of complete ration and feed continuously.

Warning

Do not feed to laying chickens

Goats

For the prevention of coccidiosis in young goats caused by Eimeria christenseni and E. ninakohlyakimovae .
Thoroughly mix Deccox into the ration at a rate to provide decoquinate at a daily dose of 22.7 mg/100 lbs (0.5 mg/kg) of body weight. Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis exposure or when experience indicates that coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard.

Warning

Do not feed to goats producing milk for food

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep bag tightly closed.
