The suggested dose of RenaKare for adult cats and dogs is one (1) tablet per 10 lb (4.5 kg) body weight twice daily. Dosage may be adjusted to satisfy patient's need.

Store tightly closed container in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 35 °C (95°F).

Do not administer in diseases where high potassium levels may be encountered, such as severe renal insufficiency or adrenal insufficiency.
