Doses - AURANOFIN
Dogs: 
For treatment of gold-responsive dermatoses: a) 0.1 - 0.2 mg/kg PO daily (note: preliminary dosage) (Rosenkrantz 1989)
For immune-mediated arthropathies and dermatopathies:
a) 0.05 - 0.2 mg/kg (up to 9 mg/day total dose) PO q12h (Vaden and Cohn 1994)
Monitoring Parameters - 1) Hepatic and renal function tests (prior to initiation of therapy and atregular intervals¯at least every 6 months); 2) CBC, platelet counts, and urinalyses (twice a monthinitially, then monthly for at least 3 months, then at least every 3-4 months)
