Great service, amazing staff.
My hope is that the regular vet is more personable and less nit-picky.
Our dogs were playing and one knocked the others front tooth out.

B.C. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC FOR "PUPPY PASSPORT" PAPERWORK! I made an appointment with them for the purpose of a pre-sailing check up. When I made the appointment, I explained that this was the reason for the appointment. AFTER I was in the examination room (and the vet, who was very nice and friendly with my dog, tech took vitals), I was told (by a substitute vet) that they do not like to do this type of paperwork for non-established patients and they prefer to work with a particular agency to handle said paperwork. When I showed them completed paperwork approving my dog's entry to a foreign port, they still refused to sign the paperwork because of a vaccine they felt was missing (it was not part of the paperwork they needed to sign). The three stars are for the professionalism and friendliness of the support staff. My dog did not like the substitute vet (she growled and they put a muzzle on her). My hope is that the regular vet is more personable and less "nit-picky. ".

R.F. 5 stars ++. There is nothing scarier than needing medical care for your dog when on vacation. From the first phone call to the after hours follow up call we just received, Dr. Bramson and her staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and caring in more than you could every ask for.
