A.B. Honestly my favorite place in Huntsville. They treat your babies like family and always give my big boy lots of love and support. He’s reactive when other dogs run up on him cause he’s big and they handle him so well that he doesn’t need his party hat to get checked out. Thank you!

T.C. Every visit for 3 dogs and 2 Guinea pigs have been great. From the front desk staff to the those in the back… everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, reasonable, reliable, dedicated, and more. I’ve never felt rushed, never left confused, and never been disappointed at this clinic. We have had doctors and technicians take more time than was allotted for the appointment, while never mentioning it or even looking at their watch. We have also had a doctor tear up and nearly cry with us due to the devastating news regarding our fur baby. You can tell these doctors and employees have a passion for what they do and truly love their patients. I am so glad we decided to use them as our regular vet! (It was a plus that they handle exotic pets so that all of our animals could be seen at one place! ).

S.J. Valley Animal Hospital is incredible! Forewarning- this is a long story- but-. Earlier this year, while my husband and I were going through the process of moving to Germany on military orders, I found myself in a horrible situation when my cat’s required government health inspection turned out to be a very complicated and time consuming process… less than a week before we were supposed to be on the plane… She could not be seen at the Arsenal, so I called many other vet offices who gave me so many different answers, and I was faced with the horrible possibility of having to leave my baby behind, or arrange to have her come alone, which would have not been very good for her anxiety. When I called Valley Animal Hospital it was a different story. All of the staff, including the amazing veterinarian did everything they could to see my cat right away and put a rush on all the paperwork needed for entry into the country. Every other vet office told me in would take over 2 weeks, but because of the hard work and extra care and concern of the Valley Animal Hospital, everything was completed in just a few days, and my baby was able to come with us. They are super awesome and I’ll always be grateful for them going out of their way to help me out during a stressful time.

K.W. Our dog Kylo highly recommends Valley Animal Hospital & Pet Resort! The staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Kylo is not afraid to visit the vet and gets excited to go inside. The staff is always happy to see him and greet him with lots of excitement and pets.

C.B. Nothing but kindness in this place! Valley Animal Hospital worked us in over the holiday. Our regular vet was closed, the snow was beginning to fall, and these guys told us to come on in. The staff worked with us to treat my puppy's ear infection with meds they could apply in house so I wouldn't have to make extra stops for ear care items on the way home. They did their best to get us through quickly so we could get back home before the roads iced over. They were kind and caring with me and my dog, and I can't thank them enough.

M.O. I love the Valley Animal team! They’re amazing with both of my dogs and Dr. Melissa Ezell and the Valley team helped save the life of our recent rescue dog, their knowledge, care for animals, expertise and support definitely exceeds expectations! They are constantly busy and always working incredibly hard! The only downfall is they do not offer acupuncture services, but they were able to recommend another vet that could help without hesitation!

N.H. Jameson and Cashew LOVE Valley! Well… mostly just Jameson, but the doctors and staff at Valley offer Cashew some “chill out” meds before her appointments so at least she doesn’t hate it. Dr. Brock is the absolute BEST with my kiddos and just recently, Dr. Ezell saw Jameson for a check up and she was the cream of the crop as well. I have nothing but gratitude toward the staff there. They are always kind and you can tell everyone just wants to love and care for your fur family as if they were their own. They take their time with me and all of my questions and it’s a great feeling knowing the ones you love are in good hands.

D.L. The vet tech and doctor were very thorough and compassionate about my situation! I felt very at ease having my kitty in their care. They took the time to go into a detailed explanation for every question I asked. I really appreciated that! We will be coming back for years and years for all our pets that are yet to come :).
