We are a full-service veterinary hospital with state of the art equipment. We are proud of our modern, clean facility and we welcome your visits. L.B. Dr. Paxton and the Staff at all pets were FANTASTIC when my little Pug Emmett became very ill from his inoperable cancer and had to be euthanized. They were very compassionate, understanding, and comforting. Our regular vet was on vacation, and this was our first experience with All Pets. I wish I could give them 100 stars for their OUTSTANDING care!

G.W. I love almost everything about this place. I have 5 little dachshunds, all seniors, that I have rescued. All of them are under the care of All Pets. Everyone that works there is great, I know, I am in there at least twice a month, every month. The doctors, (esp. Dr. Caylor but really all of them, ) are the best available. The staff is very helpful and professional and their grooming services are second to none. All that said, I do have one big complaint: it's nearly impossible to reach them by telephone. I have spent the day trying and sometimes after calling 6 or 7 times and not being able to get through, so I just give up. Clearly, this is due to the fact that they are so successful. However, I do feel that any successful company needs to be mindful of being careful to match the excellence of their customer service with the excellence of their product. It just makes sense from a business standpoint. You don't want your success to be self-limiting. So my request is that they implement upgrades to the methods they use to respond to their customers who are calling in by telephone. Perhaps 2 or 3 people in the office isn't enough sometimes.

G.A. I am so blessed to have found Dr Evan’s, who has been my vet for all 3 of my pets (2 of which have passed over the last 2 years) for the past 14 years. I have recently started to use their salon monthly over the past 5 months. Ryan, the manager is extremely knowledgeable & so good with my Java along with other pets that I have seen. Mike who gives my Java her deshedding bath does a fantastic job on her from her coat to her ears & nails. He is so good with her. We thank you Mike!

E.L. This is the spot! Great care. Consistent care. Very knowledgeable and informative which I love. Makes me understand they know what they are doing and also helps me to know what’s going on. Not money hungry like other places I’ve been but have your pets best interest at heart. They tend to start conservative and only escalate when necessary. Very Organized. Only draw back is that they are always booked up but yeah, that’s gonna happen when you do great work. Just have to schedule ahead.

T.P. My 13 year old tabby has severe anxiety when visiting the vet. Gabapentin doesn't really help. The staff and docs at All Pets are so understanding and knowledgeable and treat Rajie with kindness and care, even though he's very difficult in his anxious state. I couldn't ask for more than that. I highly recommend them.

J.S. As a volunteer dog rescuer for over a decade, I can honestly say I have had more than my fair share of vet visits. I now bring my personal pets to two vet clinics in San Pedro, one of which is All Pets. We have been coming here for about a year now with a pug who is prone to many typical health issues related to his breed. Because he needs more care, I wanted to find a vet that would help me stay on top of every little thing and I have not been disappointed. We have now seen every single vet currently on staff and have had marvelous experiences with all of them. From Dr. Tran (pictured with Louis - he adores her and literally follows her around) to Dr. Evans - both who tend to our dogs the most (and do an outstanding job) to Dr. Caylor who did a fabulous surgery on Louis with a very easy recovery, and we've also seen Dr. Meyers.. The front office staff has always been kind to us. Like everyone, we have had to wait a long time to speak to someone when we call, but understand that with Covid, the number of pets has increased exponentially while the number of vets has not. They are under a lot more stress and clients should try to be understanding and patient. When I'm in there, I see they are all working. No one is goofing off. The office is very professional and clean and the vets are very thorough, which is what I really like. They spend as much time as we we need to understand issues and how to care for them. All Pets doesn't skimp on things and gets to the root of problems. I never feel like they are rushing us out.. Another thing that stands out to me is that the dogs that I see coming into the hospital are much more relaxed and calm than others I've seen at other vets. I think the positive, caring energy reflects and the dogs don't smell the 'fear' that is so often present at other vet clinics. Louis literally LOVES everybody at All Pets and makes the rounds greeting the staff. I definitely recommend All Pets if you are looking for top vet care with proactive vets. We have had great experiences with Dr. Evans and Dr. Tran! Dr. Evans is also very knowledgeable about foods, supplements and alternative medications, which I also like. I always come out of there learning so much from her wisdom. I think the care they provide is top notch! I definitely recommend All Pets!
