N.A. Took my fur baby to the vet, even though she is always anxious and skiddish due to her original owners not being good fur parents, she felt comfortable with the staff and she got her shots without any problems and the vet and the staff are absolutely amazing, I'd give 10 stars if I was able. -First review on other profile.. I just got a new Siberian Husky puppy (well he's almost 6m now) along with the other dog that I mentioned above. The staff are absolutely amazing and love them both, and are very attentive.

D.J. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have been taking our cat and dog here for over 13 years and have never had a problem. We trust them with our pets every visit. I highly recommend them. I recommended them to my neighbors who just got their first dog.

R.H. Staff always pleasant! We had to pick up meds for our 19 yr old cat & without prior notice I asked if they had her cat food on hand. They did & it saved me another trip.

R.C. Always professional and so very caring. Our dogs even like to go to this vet; they rush up to the door with their tails wagging because they get hugs and pats from the staff. The vet keeps up-to-date with current vet practices and medications and asks so many questions to find out any problems. This practice is beyond excellence!

J.M. We are relatively new to the Pet Medical Center of Westerville. We recently switched due to the declining quality of service and care that was provided at our previous vet.. The staff here is very professional and thorough. When we first brought our pets in for initial checkups, they made us aware of a number of potential health issues that our previous vet had not made us aware of. They also provided options to help make our pets quality of life better that had not been previously discussed.. In a recent visit to provide dental surgery to one of our dogs, the level of follow through, professionalism and communication including, several post surgery calls to make sure he was ok, was very much appreciated.. We will continue to use this vet for the foreseeable future, and I do recommend them.

C.H. The extreme compassion and care is overwhelming! Dr. Nowery and his staff are above the normal for making sure your pet is well taken care of. I have a 3 month old kitten who needed a front leg amputated. Dr. Nowery and his team took extreme measures to make sure she was healthy enough and strong enough for the surgery they kept her overnight and monitored her well being. They called the next evening and followed up the next day. They truly care about your pets.

J.H. I scheduled a last-minute appointment for 5 p. m. the doctor heard the conditions of my pet and had me bring him in right away. Unfortunately we could not save my Kitty but they were super nice very responsive and I know they did everything they could. It's always a bummer to have to pay when your pet passes but I felt their prices were Fair. I've had quite a few pets in my time and they were the most reasonable and sensitive when it came to options for the kitties departure. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.
