B.P. This has to be the best vet clinic I’ve been to. The staff at the front desk were all kind. Dr. Mirodone and her tech were very welcoming. Everyone was very patient and understanding with my really anxious dog. Dr. Mirodone listened to my concerns about my dog and was so eager to help us. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone with nervous and anxious pets. Their prices are also very reasonable. I wish this clinic saw reptiles so I could bring all of my pets here :(.

S.M. We love Dr. Perry, he is the best! He is gentle loving, does thorough exams and treats you and your pet with kindness. When I think of Westgate I compare it to the Mayo Clinic of the vet world. Drove all the way from out west to get the proper diagnoses for my dog.

H.B.T. At this office Dr. Brek Perry was 10x more than what you could ever hope for in a vet. We felt that he was extremely competent in everything we discussed and he was willing to acknowledge if he wasn’t sure on something and do research for us. He was kind and patient with our dog and also with us by taking his time to answer any and all of our questions in depth. We chose this office because of their ability to do a laparoscopic spay and gastropexy, and were so pleased with the results (minimal pain and incision size for our pup). We ended up having to also use Dr. Perry for the removal of a mast cell tumor that was directly on our 3 year old dogs muzzle. Not only did he get clean margins on the tumor (yay! ), he also did doggy plastic surgeon level work! Her face is healing up so incredibly well. We wish so badly that he was a vet over here in Hawaii because we would be loyal clients for the rest of our lives. Beyond Dr. Perry, the entire staff was kind and very helpful (from the techs to the front desk staff). If you’re looking for a vet in the area, you’ve lucked out and come across a top tier one.

Their level of professionalism and veterinary knowledge is amazing and higher than any of the other vet clinics we have visited in the past.. Their costs are a bit higher than some other vets we have been to, but the high level of expertise, care, and support we get is well worth the reasonable price.

J.K. From the front desk to the techs to the doctors, Westgate is top notch. Dr. Matzek is wonderful to work with. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and we never feel rushed. I honestly think our cat, Mya, enjoys going to the vet!

H.F. Westgate has been a life-saver for my dog, who has a history of getting very anxious at appointments. They developed a plan where we would slowly desensitize her to the clinic and reward her for going there with tons of treats and positive attention. It has made a huge difference, and I'm very grateful they took the extra time with her. I also have received excellent care for her there.
