S.P. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and we have never had a bad experience with any of the vets here. I appreciate that they always give you a full itemized breakdown of costs and good explanations for what to prioritize if you're on a budget.

C.L. Dr. Pickering and Dr. Mackenzie are wonderful. They've helped out my Henry with his diabetes and helped me say goodbye to my Hermione today. Even if they cost a little more, I won't go anywhere else. Also, thank you to Teri and Jenny for being so kind.

S.F. They truly will love and care for your pet. These people rock.. The staff here has been extremely patient with my dog. We have been bringing him here since we got him at 8 weeks and have always had a pleasant experience. In September 2021, at 8 months old, our dog was traumatized at a doggy daycare (LA Dogworks) and developed some fear based aggressive behaviors. Afterwards, it became more difficult for him to be at the vet but they just keep providing us with more options for precautions to take prior to the visit. We've had to leave the facility without having his procedure done twice now and every time, I become terribly stressed and overwhelmed. However, I am beyond thankful for the staff and how understanding and empathetic they have been towards us and our dog. I don't know how I would be able to deal with this situation if the staff hadn't been so supportive of us. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much!

A.L. I highly recommend VCA Venture Animal Hospital. The staff answered all my questions and took care of my German Shepard. This is my third time coming to VCA venture, and the service has been excellent and consistent.

H.M. Only leaving 3 stars because Dr. Guinez was the best thing about this place. She's moved on to a new vets office and I'm sure she's going to be wonderful there - there is also this very nice blonde woman who works there, but those are the only good things I can say.. This place is not good. Getting our pets medication is always a struggle.. It's impossible to get through to anyone via phone.. We have senior cats. 16 and 18. While I understand that they need regular testing, this place felt the need to charge EVERY time we requested a prescription. So every month or two, we would have to pay $700.. There is also one specific vet tech who works there that has no regard for any animal that is in a carrier. You'll know her when you see her, but the way she carries a pet carrier is no different than a high school girl carrying bags from the mall. Completely careless.. Save yourself a visit and go somewhere else. Again I understand old fur babies need frequent regular checkups, but this place is just money hungry.
