    M. When my friend’s cat needed to be hospitalized, they allowed us to work it out for me to bring sweet Gus. They were so flexible and worked with us through everything, updates were constant and got us in and out fairly quickly considering the issues Gus was presenting and the issue that had recently developed with his eyes. They even got us in with an eye specialist the same day through the same company and we had an AMAZING experience there as well and got a new medication that cleared up his eyes. All the other vets we’ve visited in the past week have been perplexed at what caused Gus to get Uveitis and possibly Glaucoma so young and how fast it was progressing in him (second and third photo was two days after symptoms started and with a medication that he’d gotten from a different emergency vet) but the vets had a clear theory and so far it’s been incredible the difference it’s made. Overall, all the staff were incredible and if I ever need to go an ER again, I know I will be going here.
A.V. Safe, welcoming and friendly place overall. Love the staff and awesome care my dog was in. I also appreciated their "drop-off" option since my dog is protective when I'm near but does super well when I'm not. Pricing is fair knowing my dog is in such great hands and calmly taken care of. The friendly and knowledgeable staff.
K.K. I appreciated the ease with how I was able to get my cat into the clinic to receive care. Every person I interacted with from the first call, to leaving the clinic to take my cat home was professional, kind, and helpful. The doctor I worked with spent a lot of time explaining to me all aspects of his findings and possible treatments/next steps. I appreciated the thoroughness of our discussion. Overall, I really appreciated how easy the whole process was - when you feel you need emergency care for a pet, it seems overwhelming at first but this could not have been a more smooth process for us.
A.L. Your staff at the St. Paul location last weekend were amazing! They treated us with so much care and compassion. I wanted to give a big thank you to them. We had to bring in our sick 10 year old cat and they took really good care of her. Unfortunately she did not make it. It was a very sad and terrible day for our family but your staff were so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this place. Thank you to your staff for treating our furbaby with love and respect on her last days.
A.S. It was a great experience overall. It was a bit of a scary situation but the team handled it very well, putting me at ease and taking care of my pup. I'm happy my dog could get the care she needed. It was very helpful to talk to someone on intake, it was good to know what we were getting into and how the team would handle our arrival.
P.R.S. Overnight staff provided a comforting and understanding experience for new dog parents dealing with a possible emergency. Staff provided reasonable options for care based on our situation and answered all questions we had. Our Dog came out of the experience happy and wagging his tail.. the best review we can actually give.
I.J.H. The people working at the St. Paul location were really nice and helpful. They promptly got us in the door and into a room. Someone came by with updates fairly regularly. I really appreciated the teams kindness (in general and with my dog).
