A.M.We have had only great experiences with Arbor View. Great communication about and vet care for our Bean. We have boarded him here, too, and they offer extra play time which I am sure Bean loves. They seem to genuinely care about our little guy.
C.B.To the groomer, you did a fantastic job! You gave Marlee the exact haircut we ask for (all over a text message too) She looks adorable! Thank you all for taking great care of her!
T.P.0.T.P.I was incredibly happy that your staff was able to squeeze in an appointment for my bearded dragon on the same day I called when I had never been to your office before. She was sick, and really needed to be seen so she could receive medications.. I feel that your staff handled my situation with a lot of care and compassion. They were great with her during my appointment as well. I had called 5 vet offices near where we live and none of them were able to accommodate or help us. Thank you!
L.I usually take my hamsters to a vet closer to home but this time was an emergency and their usual vet was out of town for the week. I ended up taking the drive to Arbor View and I'm glad that I did! They were incredibly caring and thorough with their examinations and set us up with some medications and liquid food if needed. The vets that worked with us were super understanding and sweet with handling Huey. Before giving him the medications, he was obviously in a bad state. Dr. Nimeth even thought to put him on anti-inflammatory and pain medication which was relieving to me to know he would not be in pain during his illness.. A few days have passed and he is getting back to his old self and I've seen a noticeable improvement. I'm very pleased with the service we were given and grateful they were able to help ease my anxiety knowing we were taking care of him the best we can. Thank you guys for helping make my little Hubert feel better!
C.F.This was my first time at Arbor View. I was rather impressed. I brought lab results from my old vet, which, when switching vets, are usually looked at but want them rerun. They did not - which saved me a lot of money. They felt they were sufficient and never once made a derogatory comment about my old vet. I felt that they really cared. I also found out that ALL of the vets there are exotic vets, which is a plus since I also have a rabbit.
R.B.Arbor View Animal Hospital treats our rescue rabbit, Bandit, and has been a wonderful source of information and compassion. Bandit came to us severely underweight with extremely overgrown incisors. Arbor View fit us into their schedule the very next day and they were able to clip those teeth, allowing Bandit to eat properly for the first time in a long time. We returned just a few weeks later for a molar grind and Bandit is doing so much better.. The staff here is friendly and helpful. They take their time explaining everything before and after the procedures.. We drive an hour each way to Arbor View because we need a vet that treats rabbits regularly and knows how to help these fragile creatures. We highly recommend Arbor View and especially Dr. Weigel.
K.B.Last week when my Guinea pig was sick I called around to multiple vets in the area and was told to go here. Both me and my Guinea pig( his name is maxx) had a great experience. The staff was friendly and handled my small animal with care and now he is back to normal and feeling better. Thank you Dr. Freeman and all the other staff!
G.B.It's hard finding a vet that sees "exotic animals" and be able to trust then with your fur babies life, but the staff here took AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING care of my bunny and where so compassionate, caring, and friendly! I love that they called after her surgery twice to make sure my hunny bunny was doing better. It was definitely reassuring to hear them give advice and what to look out for. So grateful I found them!
