Excellent prices, excellent staff, excellent facility, and excellent care.
This place is definitely overpriced compared to other vets in the area.
I also bring my dog, Dakota and they give her the same love and attention.

M.G. Doctors and staff here are top notch, very kind and patient. I believe they do Melrose a great service. They have an easy booking process, so their best to adjust to your schedule and most importantly: assure that your pet is as comfortable as they can be. Prices are fair and everything is broken down for you, never felt pressured to do more than what was needed. I give them a high recommendation and you can certainly trust them with your pet.

L.F. We just had our first visit to Melrose Animal Clinic and had such a positive experience. The staff was kind and attentive and treated our dog like their own. You can tell the staff is well trained and up to date on all the best vet practices. The facility is clean and well kept. We are very pleased with our experience and happy we switched to Melrose Animal Clinic.

J.M. We have had great experiences with Melrose Animal Clinic and have taken our 2 dogs there for about 10 years. Our only issue has been with Dr Low who was very abrupt during a routine dental cleaning with our senior pup. She wouldn’t give any rationale for wanting to pull a bunch of teeth and we ended up having to talk to the tech who was assisting. True to the other experiences we’ve had, the tech was wonderful and even said they didn’t really need to pull several of the teeth just yet, maintaining our pup’s ability to eat normally a bit longer. We’ll continue to go but will ensure we’re seen by the other veterinarians.

K.H.C. The Doctors and Technicians at Melrose Animal Clinic are ALWAYS a joy to deal with. Always very gentle and deeply caring with my cats (even when the cat isn't) and always responsive to any questions I might have. Very possibly the best veterinary clinic in the greater Boston area.

K.M. Basically it’s a fabulous place. The vets are second to none. The pandemic has turned a lot of things in life upside down including “ people hospitals” and of course Vet hospitals. Life is upside down as far as human healthcare too. You are lucky if your PCP is still working. We love Dr Lowe. Our Yorkie has been a patient since we got her. Her problems were luckily manageable and as we hit the big years, of course, visits are more frequently. Every vet and tech has been wonderful and know we want her comfort first. She greets them with with love as they do her. She is 13-14 and I am grateful for her long life. I hate her birthdays more than my own.

L.D. Great doctors and staff. Attentive, kind, great with animals. Fast turn around times. Loved the cat annex area so the cats can be separate from other animals.. My cats rated the experience 0/5 but I overruled them.

M.A. At Melrose Animal Clinic the Doctors & nurse are very friendly excellent customer service and the receptionist at the front desk are so friendly & welcoming. I’ve been being my Siberian husky to this clinic since he was a puppy and the Doctors and the nurse care about your pets and provided great care answer all questions you may have and my husky is always happy and love going to Melrose Animal Clinic! I trust them to all the required shots and test for my husky! I know he is in good hands and feel safe with the care he gets at Melrose.

E.T. Everyone that I have interacted with at this clinic has been wonderful. They are very patient and accommodating especially when scheduling appointments and answering questions. Dr. Surgan has been treating my elderly, fussy cats for several years, and she has met their approval! =^. ^=. I can not say enough good things about this welcoming place or the caring and compassionate people who work here.
