L.S. This group has been taking care of my German Shepherd for 4 years and I have had nothing short of good interactions with Albert and everyone else! My dog is a lot to work with but every time I visit they assure me that they will work with him no matter what to make sure he is in his best health and has everything he needs to be able to live a healthy life. The vets break everything down and reassure you with detailed reports of your pets health. I would not go anywhere else and I thank every employee for their hard work!

A. We’ve been taking our dog Lucy here for 5 years & recently our new cat Louie. We are always treated kindly by staff & we really love Dr. Thompson. He’s truly a great veterinarian & really cares for the animals he sees. We never feel pressured to do certain procedures or spend more money. Everything is transparent. We’re going to miss Dr. Thompson & the staff here so much when we move. Thank you for all that you do for our pets and owners!

T.B. I have brought 2 of my cats here since moving to Norfolk 6 months ago. The vet and the vet techs were amazing both times. Only vet I don't feel like I'm wasting my money, my time, and making my animals anxious for nothing. They also show you the price of everything, the benefits of each thing, and then what things you can skip out on. Most recently, they gave my cat a pain shot for his arthritis which seems to have made a huge difference.

C.S. The staff is great. Just moved here from California used VCA out there. They were able to get my pet Sasha's records so I didn't have to try and get her records b4 visit.

W.F. I needed to get my cats checkups and updated rabies vaccines to stay at the kennel over Christmas, and they were the only place around I could get an appointment. Conveniently also the closest place. As soon as I walked in, the very kind woman behind the counter knew who we were and checked us in. Waited less than a minute to go back to the exam room. I was pleasantly surprised with not only how clean the place was, but the vet and vet tech were both knowledgeable and professional. One of the cats was a feral kitten and can be very hard to handle, and the vet tech had no problem restraining him without hurting him when he started to get nasty. If I could give a 6th star for this, I would. Found my new vet office ?.

E.D. I cannot put into words how amazing and compassionate everyone on staff at VCA Little Creek. Dr Thompson is the best veterinarian I have ever dealt with. Albert, vet tech, loves the animals like his own. Thank you VCA.

F. I've brought my cat here since he was a few months old 13 years ago. If you are looking for a veterinary center in Norfolk, Va, you need to look no further. The establishment is always clean, the veterinarians and the staff are great. They make sure to go over all costs of different procedures and services so you can make the best decision for you and your budget. I've never had a problem coming here and will continue to frequent VCA Animal Care Center.

T.T. I could not have been more pleased with our first visit to VCA Norfolk. Our regular vet is closed due to a COVID exposure and our Labrador appeared to have been bitten by something - we were unsure but needed to be seen right away. I contacted VCA in Norfolk one hour before closing and they were more concerned with how to get our Pup in than logistics and scheduling a later appointment even though it was not technically " an emergency". The office was kind and patient while I shared my anxiety about bringing our girl into a new place and especially since parents cannot go in! They were transparent with pricing from the " walk-in " fee through the diagnosis and reasonably priced for sure. We arrived within 15 minutes of our call, at curbside we were contacted at each step of the process and our girl was diagnosed, treated and brought back to our vehicle within the hour! I needed records for Insurance and they assured me that they would send to me immediately after the notes were prepared- without a follow up and to my pleasant surprise, everything that I needed was in my inbox this morning as promised- very impressive! . I adore my girl's regular Vet and while I have no intentions to switch care, I now have a reliable and entrusted option if needed and will definitely not hesitate to return to this center. Thank you Dr. Thompson, Office Admin and Vet Tech for a wonderful and comforting experience for us and our Pet! VCA was professional, honest and genuine in all aspects of our experience.
