C.G. We’ve been going to VCA for about a year and half and have always had a great experience. After a recent dog attack they rushed us in and took care of my little girl with care. Dr Diaz and our Vet Tech (i believe her name was Jenny) were utterly amazing and comforting. I am beyond grateful for their time and attention.

A.A. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Diaz and the staff at VCA lakeshore. Luca has been a patient there for 7+ years and the team is always responsive, takes time to answer all our questions, and has gone above and beyond to make Luca a priority the few rare occasions we've needed to be urgently treated. I sincerely believe they aim to provide the best possible care for our sweet, very small little guy, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clinic they can trust.

K.H. This place is amazing! Everyone at reception is great, and Jenny and Dr. Diaz are total rock stars. I had to get my geriatric cat's cyst removed (by her ear) and right after surgery my cat was normal the next day with no issues with the stitches even right after surgery. This shows that Dr. Diaz is a very skilled surgeon. When I went for the follow up they all said (like I did) "it's as if nothing was ever there. " This place is great. Highly recommended.

S.B. Tommy pickles and Gilbert love their new vet and I do too! I just switched from wicker park vet and I love being able to go inside with them and they spent so much time on each kitty here! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable!

C.T.B. The staff is friendly. The waiting time is 10 minutes at the most. I usually go on a Saturday and the facility is clean and comfortable. I joined the pet care plan. My cat had a routine procedure that went well her vet was very informative and caring.
