B.S. If you want topnotch care for your pet, this is the place to go. My pet absolutely loathes going to the vet and it has been hard finding a good fit based on his personality and size. The staff at BAMC have worked with me and taken the time to truly understand my pet's needs. I've moved 45 minutes away but will stay loyal to this clinic as they have proven to be the best in the business. I can't say enough great things about them.

E.W. I had an appointment today for my pup and when I got there, I realized I had a flat tire. They went above and beyond to try to help me get my tire taken care of! Not only do they care about our pets, they care about us too. I am beyond appreciative!

S.F.M.4.U. The reception staff were friendly. The Doctor was very helpful. Sam's got new shampoo and some new good for skin food. He's feeling great ? We are traveling and we're very thankful we were able to get an appointment. I recommend this clinic for your pets.

R.B. Duke has been a patient of Bienville ever since he was a puppy in 2013. I moved away to Texas and was just finally able to get him home with me. I thought it was his time to go so I immediately made an appointment. It was a costly experience but well worth every penny. Turns out that my baby just needed a few meds and he will hopefully be back to normal soon. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my baby. He's been on his new meds 2 days now and he's already acting like a brand new dog again. Thank you so much Bienville and Dr. Z! August 15, 2022. I really want to thank Dr. Laura King at Bienville for her compassion and professionalism. I have always used Bienville and have always seen whichever vet had an appointment available and was always happy, but I have never felt like any other vet truly cared as deeply as she did during our dog's last minutes. She is not only an amazing veterinarian, but she's got the sweetest soul and I'm very thankful she was there with Buddy and I on that day. I'll be forever in her debt because I could tell that she doesn't come to a "job" everyday. She comes to do what she absolutely loves and truly enjoys, other than the sad moments. I will always use her from here on out! ? Buddy, my mom and I truly thank you.

M.G. We brought our little dog Nami here late on a Friday afternoon with a badly injured eye.. Dr. Anderson & the whole staff were absolutely wonderful, even at the late hour, & three days later it looks like our girl gets to keep her sight in that eye.. absolutely top-notch care, from a staff that really seemed happy to be helping.. fantastic experience, i highly recommend these folks..

I. Dr Duke is awesome! He's very caring vet. I am so glad I went with this place out of so many around. Chloé is the youngest cat we got and she went through the surgery recently. They made sure she stayed overnight before she came home. Recovery was fast and her stitches are not noticeable.
