G.M. Awesome group of professional and caring staff and doctors. My cat’s emergency walk-in visit yesterday was handled quickly and efficiently and we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. Fees were quite reasonable and discussed before treatment.
J.L.B. Staff was very professional and great follow-up. Dr. Spencer was very attentive and thorough. Definitely skilled surgeon with my dog's spay. Love the way the office is laid out making it a pleasant experience for pets and their owners. Happy I made the choice of Old Town.
C.B. Attentive, understanding & practical. Dr. Jarvis, in particular, & all their staff have provided phenomenal vet care and grooming for our rescue dog. They also went above and beyond in supporting us during the unexpected (cancer) & excruciating journey at the end of our dog's life. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
C.G. Brought in two litters of puppies, 15 total. They were so thorough and Dr Strickland made sure to discuss my concerns fully with me. This vet hospital is one of the best I’ve been to. Always clean, friendly staff. Yea appointments might take a little bit, but who knows what they have going on behind the scenes that us clients don’t know about. The pricing is very fair considering how amazing this place is. They got my appointment in, even though they don’t usually do litter appointments on weekends. I cannot say it enough how much I love and appreciate this place.
G.C. I was happy with the attention and staff when I visited and how they kept me informed. Aside from the following I choose them because of the good recommendations I got. If I have to say anything I would say it is hard to reach them via phone. The Dr asked me to call her back with decision on what we talked about and never could cause the phone just rang and rang. I asked at the front and was told they were having issues with the phone but I had the same issue trying to make the appointment 2 weeks before? And whe the staff came out to get my dog, she is skittish with strangers he dragged her with the lease until I got up and said she will follow me if I can go with her where he finally just picked her up! Other than that was a good experience.
T.M. The staff were kind and helpful. The technician understood about my dogs anxiety and patiently let me walk my dog back to the exam room!
C.H. Caring and such friendly staff! Recently moved from Stokes Co. and have not established care with a new vet in town. Well, our bloodhound had a bad infection pop up on his leg, the vet saw him the same day as a new patient and started treatment right away, even though it was the end of the day. They have kept communication, and rechecked his leg as a walk-in patient on a Saturday when I had a concern. We will be moving our bunch’s vet care here. So glad to have a great group for our fur babies close to home now.
A.M. This vet office is outstanding! The amount of compassion and care that they show not only for the animals they care for, but their owners as well. They offer an emergency clinic and We were not established within the vet yet. We called and were able to be seen the day before Thanksgiving and there was basically no wait. We ended up having to put our beloved cat down. Ryann was so nice. She could tell how nervous and scared we were for our girl and she handled our situation with delicacy and understanding. Dr. Strickland was very nice and compassionate keeping us informed along the way until we came to the final decision. They went above and beyond for our Flobot and we are forever grateful for this vet office. Will be a returning client for our furry friends!
