K.S. Our cat, Shoog, was not a patient of theirs, but when we called at 10am for an emergency visit, they got us an appt for 11 and had the records from her old vet by the time we got there. They were very transparent about how much the care would be and treated our Shoog like she was their own. I have brought Shoog for this issue she has before to her old vet, but was just brushed off really and not educated at all. They must have spent a total of 30 minutes overall just talking to us and educating us. She took time explaining the X-ray - the Vet tech was the absolute sweetest too! The price was very fair for all of the care that our cat received. Now, our Shoog is on the mend and feeling so much better! No doubt this is the place we will be taking her and any future animals. We live about 30 minutes away but it is worth the commute! Thanks again, Team!

K.M. This was one of the most positive veterinarian experiences I've had. My pup is very anxious at the vet, ten fold since COVID. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the doctor got right down on the floor with my dog as soon as we entered. He explained everything in plain terms and was very thorough, listing options and giving feedback on his thoughts on next steps, all while playing ball with my pup and making her feel at ease. It was such a great experience all around.

Androscoggin Vet is full of people who are calm, gentle, and compassionate with every animal, showing how much they care about each and every one through their handling of them and their humans. They go to great lengths to make sure both the animals and their humans are well taken care of, understand every detail of their care, and are comfortable with all their options. I took my sister's three (very untrained, very loud, very unruly) dogs in for some necessary care and the staff handled them excellently, even managing to calm them down in the process. This is definitely a good place to take your beloved fur baby if you're looking for quality care, kind hearts, and like minds. I'll be staying with Andro Vet for all future in-office needs.

J.S. We brought our yellow Labrador, Wendy, in last week for lesions-bumps on her muzzle and face. John was great! He diagnosed a probable bacterial infection. Sent us home with antibiotics. Three days later, noticeable improvement. One week later, no sign of infection and she looks great. She's back to her old self! Thanks, John and Andro staff.

J.J. Androscoggin animal hospital is probably the best vet that I have taken my pride and joy to! The Dr was so kind and she listens when u talk, actually listens! Was so good with my dog that is such a mama's boy he never goes to strangers and he went right to Dr Harrison, no problem! The staff is great! They were all very friendly, even on the phone they r super sweet! I just love it here! I'm glad I found you AAH! You've won me over so far!

T.1. We just moved to the area, and was needing to get our babies set up with the local vets office. I kept putting it off and of course, a somewhat emergency arose and I had to start calling around for an appointment. Androscoggin was the 3rd place I called, simply because of distance, and I was so happy that they were able to fit us in for a next day visit. Turns out our chihuahua gypsy will be just fine, and can't thank the staff here enough. Everyone was so kind, and gentle. Dr. Skillin was fantastic! The initial tech was just wonderful as well, but unfortunately I can't remember her name. I don't care that this place is a little bit of a drive for us, we will continue to come here. I already set a wellness check up appointment for our cat next month. Thanks again for everything!
