    N. I'm sure they are very good, but on 3/29/23 they were not accepting new clients, so you may want to keep looking.
K.G. Update: 2 years in and we are still loving QAAC! As of this writing, they are now allowing customers inside provided they wear a mask.. ---. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and respectful of Covid safety guidelines. Dr Salt was more than happy to answer all my cat questions. So far, QAAC has treated me and my cat Misha very well!
M.K. The vet was Very thorough in her assessment and explanation of current illness. The vet techs were also super friendly. The receptionist was very efficient in scheduling. Overall an excellent visit.
A.L. I'm very happy with this place. My two dogs have had a lot of health problems, from skin infections to psychiatric issues. The vets and techs have given us lots of options for medications and done treatments in clinic to help me out even though I need to do a lot of medications at home.. I'm especially happy with the psychiatric consult I just had with Dr Broadhurst, we talked about all the options and I went home with a combination of drugs to help my dog with her regular panic attacks and generalized anxiety and it has really helped.. I'm also really happy how they worked with me for my new rescue who is heartworm positive, they were willing to follow the heartworm treatment plan created by the rescue from the South where they have a lot more heartworm experience. The dog had a lot of other infections (skin, gut, ears) and they got all those cleared up quickly with different medications.
    K. We just moved to Queen Anne and are so glad we found Queen Anne Animal Clinic. They are taking such amazing care of our senior dog. She has a pretty severe condition and they have been nothing short of awesome with her. I definitely recommend this place!
R.N. This a overall review for our last three visits (annual, follow up 1 & broken nail visit). We had our annual with Dr Balas who was great with her (vet tech was awesome too but can’t remember his name sorry! ). He noticed that she still had a staple from her spay surgery and recommended we should remove it (which none of the other vets have noticed before! ). Decided on her next steps but she was too anxious to do it all (plus the nail trim she was scheduled for) so we decided to come back another time with some anxiety meds onboard. They were able to work us in the next day (and vet tech was again amazing with her) but she was still too anxious to do her nails after going through the staple removal and vaccines. Decided for one more follow up but before that, she ended up breaking a nail. Again they were able to work in a doctor visit with Dr. Salt and she was also amazing with Pepper. We were able to discuss what to do (fortunately looked like it was on the way to heal on its own so no sedation necessary to remove it) and she answered all my questions very thoroughly! 3rd time was the charm! The vet techs were literally the best! They ended up taking at least 40 minutes but as they are a fear free clinic, they worked with my dog to make her as comfortable as possible while trimming her nails and excess fur on her paws. I really appreciate their time, effort and care for Pepper. Even the vet tech from our second visit recognized me and asked after Pepper. I love their attention to detail and wonderful service to both the animals and their owners because it can be a stressful time. Shoutout to the receptionists for being great to work with as well (one of them even came around to pet Pepper and give her treats while I paid and discussed the follow up appt). Absolutely wonderful to work with and super glad I bring Pepper here! 10/10 would recommend! We have one more follow up and I’ll definitely get everyones names so I can update my review with the correct recognition given because they absolutely deserve it. Thank you! Update: 2 of the vet techs were Rachel W. and Spencer!
T.R. I appreciate our first visit at the clinic. This was also my puppy’s first visit. Dr. Salt made sure my puppy had a good first experience. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoroughly answered all my questions. Sam was amazing. He also made me and the puppy feel so welcome. Front desk staff were so kind too. I trust this clinic and the care everyone will bring for my puppy. Thank you so much.
    N. I would wholeheartedly recommend QAAC to everyone. My cat and I became a frequent visitor of the clinic about two years ago when her kidney disease progressed and I decided to transfer her here from a subpar clinic in lower Queen Anne and I have to say this is one of the best decisions I've made for my dear cat. Everyone here is friendly and professional and I knew I came to the right place after the first few interactions with the staff. The doctors, technicians and receptionists are all wonderful and I'm grateful for their excellent service that has helped keep my cat healthy in her golden years. Thank you <3.
