J.H. Brought my cat in when he was sick and the team was amazing from start to finish. I made the appointment online and they even called to confirm his symptoms to make sure he didn’t need to be seen sooner. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech to the doctor. was so sweet to him and they explained everything to me so well. Cost also seemed very reasonable for the service / meds we got. Would definitely recommend.

C.B. We were able to get a same day appointment. The staff was very friendly and professional. Our vet was thorough and explained her thoughts and recommendations clearly.

T.F. I adopted a dog from Indy Humane, and this was the only VCA location that could get us in within the 7-day deadline for the adoption voucher. I continue to drive 30 minutes for my dogs needs because the staff is so friendly.

She is always so happy to visit, and each time we walk through the door the sweet staff at the desk always step out to rub her belly and give her love.. The vets have provided exceptional care, and Jennifer is our favorite dog groomer, always giving our puppy love, and silky bows.

S.J.C. This was my first vet trip with my new kitten, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I chose VCA mainly because they are open 24 hours, but this place is great! The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff is so friendly! Dr. Wood is amazing - she explained everything clearly (we had lots of questions) and even emailed a detailed summary right after our visit. I highly recommend this place. (And as you can see from the photo, my kitty was very comfortable. Lol).
