Animal medicine has made great strides in recent years and pets are now enjoying much longer and more trouble-free lives with the aid of qualified and conscientious health care professionals. We look forward to helping you enjoy the happiness that a healthy pet can provide.

In 1992 we completed and moved to our new modern hospital. It provides a comfortable sanitary environment where we can provide state of the art care for every patient. In 1996 we expanded and added a new isolation ward. We are a full service hospital offering everything from routine vaccination and preventive health care to advanced surgical, dental, and inpatient medical care.
As veterinary medicine becomes more specialized and sophisticated, there are times when it is in the best interest of your pet for its care to be handled by a specialist. We work closely with several board certified specialists in the Puget Sound region and will refer your pet if it needs such highly specialized care.

D.C. Took my two girl kitties into Parkland for their first exams and was treated wonderfully. Now taking the gray boy Grayson in Thursday. Glad I found wonderful people to care for my little family. ❤️.

B.F. I was able to get in right away. My old vet told me 6 weeks unless I wanted to schedule an emergency appointment for twice as much money. That did not set right with me at all. Everyone at Animal Hospital of Parkland.. from the admitting desk to the doctor and tech were extremely friendly and kind. I was so pleased and have changed vets after 15 years. I highly recommend.

Animal Hospital of Parkland has definitely been one of our best choices we made for them. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful. The vets and assistants are so caring and treat our pets as if they were they’re own. They take the time to explain what’s going on with our babies and make sure we understand and if we have any questions. We appreciate them so much!

J. We have been bringing our “Fur babies” here for years. I am always pleased with the care our animals receive. Just last week, we came in for a quick Vet tech appointment- my Newfie gets allergy shots monthly. While waiting, I observed the office staff trying to accommodate a customer, that was clearly irritated & unwilling to compromise. The front desk, explained that the vets were in surgery & could not make special arrangements to leave to speak with her. Customer continued to argue and demand to be seen. The front office continued to stay calm, went to back, returned to customer to explain all processes. Then Dr. Peterson appeared & assisted customer. Amazing! I give credit to front office for keeping her cool & trying to accommodate her unreasonable requests! That’s going the extra mile!
