Review:
Some wait (40 minutes) in the exam room, but the staff were very busy.
This is by far the friendliest place to bring your German Shepherd to.
Godfrey received high quality medical care and is now a happy normal poodle.

P.G.I started taking my 13 year old cat here a couple of months ago, and I can’t say good enough things about BEBT! Their vets are knowledgeable, and will explain any and everything they’re doing. Their techs/nurses are the kindest of souls, and have made me feel 1000% confident in the treatment plans they’ve started my old girl on. Highly, highly recommend them!
K.F.Stress-filled 24 hours when your big derpy girl isn't acting like herself. Thankfully we were able to get her checked out and on drugs so she can start feeling better. Thanks Bright Eyes & Bushy Tails for your availability, kindness, communication and overall care for my Roxy. Speak up for your animals to make sure they are getting the care they need in a timely manner ❤️.
W.A.C.I had to take my 15 year old Chihuahua here, and at first we thought it was just to see what was wrong with here, but we then had to make the difficult to decision to put our dog down. I wanted to write this review and tell people just how caring the staff was, every time a nurse or a doctor saw us, they told us that they were extremely sorry that we had to do this and ensured us that we were doing the right thing for our dog, even after administering the medicine that puts your dog to sleep, the doctor stayed in the room with us and let us know when our pet had passed. They even fulfilled a special request to cremate our dog with her favorite toy/best friend. The staff at this place were very great to us, treated our dog great in her final minutes, and were very apologetic every chance they had to see us, I can’t say enough good things about them. If for some reason I ever have to go through this process again, it will be done here for sure.
A.C.Dr. Schroeder is the absolute best. Our old girl had some mammary tumors and they referred us to Blue Pearl (also great! ) for surgery. We took her to BEBT for staples removal and a couple of them were embedded. She had a really tough life before we adopted her, so getting her on her back is not an option. Rather than choosing to give her sedatives and charging us a ton of extra money, he laid down on HIS back to get under her and remove the staples with us around for comfort, and did it successfully. Great staff ALL around and an amazing veterinarian!
M.D.Our family needed BEBT for urgent care when our deaf puppy ate a huge chunk of blanket. There was concern that he might be blocked in his stomach. We were lucky enough they have an endoscope! He was not blocked in the stomach and we were given GI supportive care meds and food. With their guidance, we were able to monitor and manage him until the rest of the blanket came out. I know their team provided the utmost in care! They are patient in answering questions and their handling of a deaf dog (they learned his sign language and moved slow with him) was impressive! We are so thankful for their staff and the services they provide!
V.S.5+ Rating! My husband and I had to rush our 5-year-old sweet kitty, Dobby to BEBT due to heart failure. Everyone was so wonderful and kind during one of the most challenging moments of our life as we ended up having to euthanize Dobby due to his condition. They were such a blessing to us on a really challenging day and I could not speak higher praises of them. They even sent us a sympathy card that was hand written and got an imprint of Donny’s paws in clay.
E.W.Our dog, Godfrey, recently had GDV (commonly known as bloat). Symptoms came on late at night and early the next morning we rushed him to BEBT. They did immediate surgery and saved his life. They were responsive, up front about prognosis, and their cost estimate was accurate. Godfrey received high quality medical care and is now a happy normal poodle. BEBT saved our dog. While it could have gone much worse, their medical care gave him the fighting chance he needed. And having pet insurance saved our pocketbook. We could not be more grateful for BEBT & the skilled professionals who saved him!
S.H.E.U.W.D.These absolutely wonderful people saved our Kora! She is coming home today due to all of these wonderful people and Dr’s, and we can not Thank them enough! Genuinely impressed by the entire staff, our Kora is so lucky to have this group as her care providers - THANK YOU! Scott, Mauri, and Yar (Kora’s Wirehaired house sister) Duncan.
