Lovely place, friendly staff, proactive vets.
I guess the old place was small and the owner built a new one.
The facility was extremely clean, and well maintained - plenty of parking also.

L.T. Extremely talented and professional veterinarian. Dr Soucey was exactly the perfect match for us.. she is very loving toward my fur baby and also listened very intently to my concerns. She has a great collaborative approach.

D.G. Love this vet. The care and quality of services they provide are so far superior to any other vet we have been to. The staff, technicians and veterinarians are all such high caliber professionals. We absolutely love this vet. We started seeing them one month into the pandemic and have loved them every visit since!

N.B. If you have a Bun there is NO OTHER veterinary team you will need! 3 years ago they help me with an aging bun. They were honest with me throughout her medical emergency. And when the time came to say we did all we could, they were so kind and caring. So of course when we added a new bun baby to our family I couldn't go anywhere else. The staff has been so amazing with us and takes the time to explain everything while keeping a jumpy anxious pet mom calm and in the loop. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest, I have never felt like I was paying for unnecessary testing. They keep the cost as minimal as they can and talk to you about every option prior to starting so there is NO surprises. The hospital is ALWAYS clean! The support staff and doctors work hand in hand and always with a smile. Even under scary stressful situations I have always felt like a pet parent and not "Just some crazy bunny owner" Thanks for everything you all do daily for the pets in Rockingham county! Love,. J.B.L. The team is great! We were able to get our puppy in quickly (next day for an urgent but not emergent issue). Susan took wonderful care of our baby and kept me updated along the way.

J.B. Overall this is a good veterinary practice. Dr. Dressel is wonderful and is why I continued taking my beloved fur baby there up until his recent passing. She is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, caring and gentle. She always took her time and never made us feel rushed even when very busy. I am so grateful for the care she provided and highly recommend her in general, but particularly if you have a bunny. Amber and the male technician are also wonderful, professional, and caring. I did find some of the front office staff lacked compassion and did not even offer their condolences when calling to notify me my fur baby’s ashes were ready to be picked up which was surprising and very hurtful especially since he was a patient there for several years familiar to them. It was no different than them calling me to notify a medication refill was ready for pick up.

E.E.C. I’m writing a second review just because of how absolutely blown away I am by this team. I own high drive - protection sport dogs that are not for the faint of heart. The Canobie team is always willing to learn how to handle my dog(s) and work together to keep everyone feeling comfortable and safe.. I cannot thank Dr Soucy and her technician team. Susan is also absolutely amazing! Thankful for this practice. Will forever refer any pet owner here.

E.S. Wonderful care, very professional and friendly staff! This was my first visit. It was for my Russian tortoise Speedy, who needed a beak trim and a nail trim. The vet talked with me at length about Speedy, care of Russian tortoises in general, and some things I can try to hopefully get him to be a less picky eater. Everyone was so kind to Speedy and seemed pretty delighted to have him at the clinic. Here's a photo of him with his newly-trimmed beak and nails, having a power nap when he got home :).

S.R. The best experience I have ever had from a vet. My son whiskey loved going there because we were comfortable too! They are empathetic and personable. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff their. The hardest part was making the decision to euthanize our dog due to chronic pain and other medical concerns. The vet educated us on outcomes, progressive treatment etc. but also explained everything to us. They were so kind and I’m so happy to know that when the time comes, that they will give as much love to our next family members. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares for their dog like family.
