Review:
I drove from Dickinson,ND because this place has advance service.
I was told by the staff that they don't offer tags for cats, only dogs.
Best Friends cared for my dog like family from the moment we walked in.

B.M.I can’t think of a single thing that could’ve been done any better. Everyone was amazing to both Tucker and myself. Treatment and charges were thoroughly explained beforehand, the call from the vet after his treatment was helpful in knowing what to expect and what I would need to do as Tucker heals, and then when I picked him up everyone was wonderful. Having to take my sweet doggo in for an injury or illness is never something I want to have to do, but inevitably it will happen and I ALWAYS know when we walk through those doors, everyone will do their best to make it as positive an experience as possible and I know my fur baby will receive excellent care. I recommend Best Friends to ALL of my family and friends.
A.S.We had the difficult experience of putting our dog Boudreaux down on Easter. Dr. Lisa Galvin handled his care. She walked us through this difficult situation and cried with us. Her and her team CARE, and demonstrated complete compassion. This wasn’t a dog he was my friend. I’m a retired combat vet and when my wife is at work and my kid’s are in school Boudreaux was who I had. To lose him will devastate me forever. The team that helped him eased that. If that’s not enough reason to choose them I’ve got nothing for you.
J.W.I've been taking my Berners to BFAH for over 10 years. Every human in that building loves animals. The front desk crew is always ready to come out from behind the counter to hug on your pets and give treats. The vet and care crew is always kind, gentle and listens to your concerns. The way they handle your dog is so comforting and during the times your dog has to stay overnight, you feel a sense of confidence that they're truly in the best care. BFAH has all the technology to provide appropriate imaging.. Last, but not least, when it comes time to help your dog pass, they have a private room with big windows and extra space. The dreaded day is met with love and compassion as well as shared tears and conversation of memories.. From puppy to senior care, Best Friends is the very best. ❤️.
G.L.We have used Best Friends for the care of our dog and recently had to make the very hard decision to put him down. We called ahead and when we got there they had a room waiting and ready for us. The entire time we were treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. The staff there cares so much not only about the fur babies but also about the human clients. We love and appreciate them all. They will forever be our vet of choice.
C.N.I wouldn't trust Java's surgery to any other place! She is a high stress dog and gets extremely anxious around any type of people. But, she loves the staff at Best Friends and is actually excited to go there! They are truly, your pet's best friend! Thank you for always taking such good care of my baby!
S.K.We had the same vet clinic for 25 years and had to change after a move. It’s an uncomfortable feeling leaving what you are familiar with. We set up a wellness exam, while everyone was still healthy, with Best Friends so we could continue looking if we didn’t get a good vibe. I’m glad we stayed with Best Friends. The staff is friendly and as accommodating as the schedule allows and the vets we have dealt with have all been wonderful and knowledgeable. Vets are often under appreciated and the long hours they put in go unnoticed. Appreciate your vet no matter what clinic you choose to go to.
S.M.I know that when I visit Best Care Animal Hospital I can be assured that my cats will be treated with caring and concern. My 2 cats are my "kids, " so I'm always concerned about their health needs. The caring nature and professionalism of the staff and doctors at Best Friends assures me that my "kids" will receive the best care and treatment possible, and they do! Thanks so much!
M.B.A big thank you to BFAH! Our dogs are well taken care of with such kindness and efficiency everytime we come for appointments or boarding. It is such a relief to know they will be safe. When our Winnie passed, we were so appreciative of how his remains were taken care of and the care we received for Benji's life was truly miraculous. He wasn't expected to live past five years and he is now going onto nine years. Thank you!
