S.W. The veterinarian took the time to listen to my concerns and my pet's history. She also took the time to fully explain the allergy testing I was considering. So far, the prescribed food appears to be successful.

M.S. Brought my dog Mr Mak in for suspected Giardia. I was able to get a same day appointment and my boy got all the help he needed. He’s much better now, thanks to Dr. Brittany Anderson and all of the techs there. Thank you all! ?.

C.R. They called back to inform me the stitches were dissolved but unfortunately i cut them this week i was going thought stress and her heat cycle i freaked out stiches were not disolving but they called back and explain to me the stiches take few weeks since its cartilage in her ear.

E.A. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and forthcoming about everything. Dr. Bustria is the best I recommend anyone who is extra careful and likes to be thorough to seek Dr. Bustria I would switch hospitals if she left. Anakin is never scared when she comes in, in fact he gets excited to see her.

G.U. Super kind staff, and affordable initial diagnosis.. Prices for extensive treatment were high, however they were kind enough to let me try the most affordable option of antibiotics without breaking my wallet.. It seems to have worked so far and the cat is happy. Thanks so much!

T.S. Dr. Anderson and crew took such great care of my Dobie and his surgery. They were always just a text away and showed competent care of him each step of the way. My Dobies ears are turning out great if he would just keep his posts on! Lol. I recommend this team for your pet needs. Thank you VCA:).

J.C. They love my pup and it shows. Am I rich, no. So they give me all the options to best fix my doggo, who has serious skin issues. They recommended many many options to help, my Nala, overcome her itchiness. They do it with care. No pressure. No guilt. Just love for the animal.

T.W. I am absolutely thrilled that a good friend recommended this location. Originally it was because our dog died while we were out of town and they were hosting our dog at their home. The staff was so understanding and kept our dear one so we could travel home and say our good byes. They then took care of everything at an affordable rate and keepsakes. We didn't know then that we would be inheriting a new dog only a month later due to a death in our family of an uncle who had a 2 1/2 year old Whoodle! Well, we new exactly where we wanted to have her cared for and that's here at VCA Desert Inn. We have boarded her here and she loves it. We also always get her nails trimmed and grinded here. She comes out as happy as can be. The staff members are caring people who shows lots of love to all animals. The all seem to love working there and that's important to us just as much as the Veterinarians credentials in my book. I highly recommend this location.
