M.M.Dr. Church is a great vet. Very caring and asking lots of questions about Grace. Never seems rushed. Takes the time to really find out the issues. This particular visit was just regular shots, but Dr. Church still really took his time to be thorough and talk to me about any issues I might have with Grace. Top notch! I highly recommend Mill Creek Animal Hospital.
K.S.Dr. Church is the most compassionate vet I've ever met. He's sincere, patient, and very kind. He always takes his time with us and loves on my little fur baby like she's family. He's always very quick to respond when I call in with any issues my dog is having, even when I'm out of town and need advice or a prescription. We don't live super close to the office, but I go to Mill Creek Animal Hospital because of how lovely Dr. Church is. He truly has a heart for animals and understands how much they mean to us.
M.A.M.This has been a very enjoyable experience from the time we first made our appointments and shared information on our pets. Within 24 hours we were set up with an app to track our pets health, request appointments and medication refills. This will to be such a bonus. They very quickly had our pets vet histories added to the site as well. This is SO convenient.. Our previous vet's office didn't have this benefit and with busy schedules we frequently would be waiting on medication refills to be properly be called in to stores, we would show up to find they weren't called in or were the wrong medication.. The reminder for appointments come at the perfect time to keep us on track. We had our first visit this morning my dog was anxious as always, but everything seemed very well thought out and the staff and doctor were very friendly.
T.R.We can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and care our pets have received at Mill Creek Animal Hospital! We recently moved to the area from across the state and were stressed about finding a vet that we felt comfortable with. Dr. Church and the amazing staff have been incredible every time we visit! While we’ve unfortunately had to have a constant slew of appointments with our pets since becoming clients, the staff has been very patient and kind. Dr. Church is easy to talk to and really listens to all of our questions and concerns.
A.R.U.Every encounter my family and beloved dogs have had with Mill Creek Animal Hospital has been excellent and positive since we adopted the first in 2015. We’ve been able to get prompt urgent care the few times we’ve needed it, and there are plenty of day & time options for advance appointments. Our Drs., Rebecca Schumacher and Marty Gilmore, & vet technicians are always friendly, cheerful & helpful both to people and animals. They provide info to improve the health, comfort & behavior of our dogs & to prevent common problems (eg dental issues, & choking on pieces of toys), without making us feel guilty or bad in any way, even though some of the prevention tips will reduce the vet care needed - ie the money families spend in their office per year on pet health. They are thorough, eg Dr. Schu had me send her a video of a symptom that happens to my dog only occasionally, so she could be certain of the diagnosis. When my 6-lb dog ate a chocolate candy dropped by a young visitor, the office again saved us money: told me by phone that milk chocolate in that amount rarely requires vet care & just to call back if he became ill. I fill monthly flea & tick prevention pills online at reduced cost, and the office is prompt in sending the prescription to the pet pharmacy, again despite this reducing the $ we spend at their office. Even though my dogs have received at least one shot at almost every visit, they are never upset about coming to the vet! Apparently because of all the affectionate attention they get from the techs and vet. When my first dog was killed by a car (before we could even bring her in to Mill Creek or an emergency vet), the office arranged for cremation as we requested, and sent us a kind, heartfelt sympathy card with a hand-written note.
A.B.B.Dr. Church is amazing. I recently adopted a puppy and brought him in to be examined and set up for shots and all that good stuff. Everyone is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, always super quick. Count VonChomp loves going to the vet! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my animals! Update: 8/31/22. Recently we had to send one of our cats across the rainbow bridge. Dr. Church and his team fit us in that day, set up a special room for her. Helped her to pass gently and with love. Sent us a card with her paw and nose print. Where extremely kind and so much care taken from start to returning of the ashes.. You can be assured your furfamily will be in the best hands and care possible with Mill Creek.
Y.H.We've tried many veterinarian clinics because our dogs stress about vet visits so if they cannot handle them in a manner to relax them, we move on. Mill Creek has not disappointed! Somehow they can even handle our feisty chihuahua and he doesn't even fight them! We cannot even do that! Wish I knew their secret. It's like they're the animal whisperer! We see Dr. Church but everyone seems great. Even the techs that do their nails.
B.A.It was my 1st time in the office today. The front desk staff was polite and professional. Dr. Church was by far one of the most kind and genuine vets I’ve ever met. He didn’t rush the visit and sat on the floor with my dog (she was shy) the whole time telling her how beautiful she was. As someone that babysits other animals for people, I want nothing but the best care for our fur babies and this is it!
