    • My cats received quality treatment and care at every visit.
    • I waited in the small room with my dog another hour.
    • Great service and clean facilities, but a little on the pricy side.

B.B. I brought my puppy here after trying a different urgent care facility that I did not like. Everyone was very friendly from the beginning. Dr. Sardanovski was very professional and answered all of my questions. She gave me options and ultimately I decided to have an x-ray just to be on the safe side. She then brought me in to view the scans and followed up with me the same day after a radiologist reviewed them. This is by far the best experienced i’ve had at a vet clinic and I would definitely recommend coming here!
R.Y. I cannot say enough great things about the team at VCA Alexandria. You can trust your pet in their care.. They have helped my wife and I care for our 4 pets, even when faced with horrible medical realities.. Dr. Terrio and Dr. Torrence have been great helps for us, and been providing fantastic care for our dogs and cats. Whether it’s regular care, specialized long-term care, or emergency care - they have been top notch for our animals.. My dog was diagnosed with an aggressive form of blood cancer and passed away at a different VCA specialty hospital. That didn’t stop the vets at VCA Alexandria from reaching out with a very nice and thoughtful note to express their sympathy. They had done all they could to make sure my beloved boy got the best care he could get.. Thank you to the whole team for providing great service to our pets and for being even better people.
T.H. All of The staff here is excellent. My dog was treated here several months ago by Dr Natalia sardanovski who was amazing! She was excellent, thorough and gentle with my chihuahua Lola who can really be difficult at times. She was having severe diarrhea and they took my dog right in for an emergency examination. dr. Natalia did a thorough examination and treated her and she had a speedy recovery. Overall, we have had a great experience every time that we come and I still travel from Maryland to Alexandria because of how good the experience is.
W.F. We’ve come here for the past 4 months and they have treated both my babies Kingston Alexander Honeysuckle-rose and Olivia Snowbelle-haven with the upmost care and attention. Given that since COVID many pet owners have experienced a surge of attention needed for their fur babies, I’m glad to see that VCA has also come through as well. Our vets Dr. Terrio, Dr. Suarez, and Dr. Baxter and all the supporting staff from front desk to vet attendees, have all been compassionate and understanding and informative every time we visit. Happy to have our pups taken care of by kind and attentive people.
    J. I’ve been bringing my pets to VCA on Duke for nearly 20 years. They are kind, compassionate and professional. Every single employee and doctor has been wonderful. I especially love, and try to make appointments with Dr. Terrio and Dr Farrell. Yesterday they were so amazing that I had to write. My neighbors cat, whose owner was out of town, was in distress and needed immediate help. We raced him to vca and two nurses came right out to the car to grab him and get him inside. The staff who helped us knew we weren’t his owners but saw we were panicked. They cared for him so well, updating us every few minutes and spoke to the owner over the phone explaining the situation. Never were we asked for payment, for a credit card, for anything. They made his final moments very calm and as stress-free as possible. I’ve always trusted them but their compassion yesterday was above and beyond.
C.G. Got our appointment for Ridley’s yearly exam! Service is always great, ladies at the reception area are helpful and nice! Techs are very sweet and gentle with Ridley. Our vet is amazing answered my questions and explained stuff very well!
K.K. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about VCA. My dog Reign, had an emergency and we ended up at VCA. From the person answering phones, to the vet techs, and Dr. Galvan, every staff member I spoke to were the nicest, most compassionate, and professional people. They treated my pup with the best care and found the issue fairly quickly after a thorough examination without charging me an arm and a leg for unnecessary tests.. Thank you all again so much! I would definitely recommend VCA with all your pets needs.
