Love the staff, if times weren't tough in terms of money id keep going back.
BTW very tasty ice cream right next door while you wait.
Have used them as the vet for our dog since we got her 5 yrs ago.

E.C. Puttng a beloved pet to sleep is always very difficult. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog. Anna stayed with me from the moment we arrived. From the first contact with the reception desk to the time we left, everyone was so kind and genuinely caring. They made a heartbreaking situation bearable. Fairway practices what they advertise, a stress free environment. Thank you Dr. Newson for your sincere compassion and gentle demeanor in handling Anna.. Thank you Fairway for honoring Dr. White with a memorial. He is greatly missed.

A.O. I've lived in many cities throughout the U. S. and can affirm this is the most well rounded veterinary service I've found. Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Technicians are very competent and proactive. My vet is Dr. Risen, who I consider the best of the best. She has an excellent balance of compassion, knowledge and practicality. I've needed to take pets to other vets in this practice on an emergency basis and they too were very good. The facility is nice, if that's important to you. I put a high priority on hygiene. During my many visits, I've never been in a room that was unclean. I take care of English Bulldogs who have medical issues. I don't want them coming into contact with another animals saliva or blood. Since I usually sit on the floor with them to comfort them, I appreciate not being covered in hair when I leave.

J.M. I've never experienced my dog so calm in a vet setting. VCA does an incredible job of providing a calm environment with lots of treats & time for your doggo to acclimate before they enter the room.. Dr. Boyer saw our doggo & he took his time with her and was so calm when he entered the room and while examining her. He took time to answer our questions and make sure she was taken care of. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

C.H.B. We had a bad experience at other vets and after going here for a year I can't recommend Fairway highly enough. Our Pyrenees mix is scared of vets and our Lab was mistreated at the other vet and the LOVE Fairway (they get excited inside). Their "No Fear" certification is legit, they give our pups cheese, hot dogs, whatever it takes to make them comfortable despite needing shots, nails clipped, you name it.

J.S. Before Fairway was recommended by a friend I was having terrible luck with vets. The ones that I loved had all retired, and the ones that had immediate openings all seemed somewhat indifferent about my animal’s care.. Every visit and follow-up communication from Fairway has been AMAZING. They’re so kind, and so gentle with my nervous dog, and so loving with my new kitten. They really do care, and it shows. Plus, they have amazing hours, easy scheduling through the app, excellent communication, SUCH a friendly and caring staff, and a true desire to help.. Love ‘em like candy ?.

L. Both Dr. Waldrop & Dr. Rissen are phenomenal Veterinarians! Their advice is always sound and true. In the past few months Sally (my calico) has had some GI upsets and both Drs have been on hand to help and have always answered any questions I had and reassured me of any doubts I may have had. Garret, RVT has a wonderful work ethic and a real genuine passion and understanding for the field. Ashley, who is part of their front desk team is wonderful also! Always helpful and positive! Thank you, thank you all for all that you do! It does not go unnoticed by me! ??. *Sally says thank you! *.

L.H. PUPS LOVE IT. I have two high energy rescue dogs with one being terrified of the vet. It's so hard to find a vet you can trust but I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Dr. Mather. She is so patient with my skittish dog, and doesn't mind a bit when my other dog jumps to give her affection. The entire team there is responsive and super friendly and I am so glad to have found such a great place to take my dogs. Highly recommend!

A.S. Prepare for a bit of a novel here. If you love your dogs the way we do, you'll understand:. We visited Fairway Animal Hospital for the first time in 2012 when we took in a stray who needed checked out and spayed. Dr. Cindy took such good care of us and our Rio that day, we left our previous vet and began booking all of our appointments (for what was now two dogs) here.. Our girls are family members and the entire staff understands and treats them as such. We can schedule for whatever day and time we're available, knowing that whichever vet or tech we see will be great.. We recently went through a cancer diagnosis, risky surgery, and having to put down one of our girls, all in the course of five weeks. The front desk went way, way, way above and beyond to take care of all of our requests regarding the care of our Ocho. They never once made us feel like we were being unreasonable. They were patient, understanding, and compassionate. Dr. Brownlee and Dr. White talked us through every decision and took remarkable care to make sure Ocho was comfortable during her surgery and overnight stay. We even received a late night update (including a photo of our pup) and an early morning update.. Later, when had to make early morning arrangements to bring her in and put her down, we (and she) received exactly the kind of care you want during that awful time. Dr. Cindy was calm, kind, and knew all the right words to say.. Since then, their follow-up has been amazing. From their phone calls to check-in, the cards they've sent, and lastly, the surprise letter from KC Pet Project that Fairway Animal Hospital had made a donation in Ocho's honor.. we've been continually wowed.. These folks know what they're doing. Not just how to care for our pets' physical health, but how to respect the bond and relationship as well. We are lifelong fans and can't imagine going anywhere else.. Thank you, folks of Fairway. You're the best.
