E.G. My dogs and I love pet medical center of urbandale. Not only are they kind and caring about the animal but their prices are soo reasonable. When my lab mix had to have CCL surgery this was the place we went. They treated her so well that I choose here for my other dogs luxating patella surgery as well. Thanks for being such a great place!

A.S. I foster and bring my dogs here to get checked out. Each time I've came in everyone is so nice, very educated, comfortbale seating and clean. I had brought in two of my fosters, one of the dogs brought in and she was going to have to have surgery, they gave me time to give her much love as there was a huge chance she might not survive. Unfortunately she did pass, but I know she was in the best hands possible.

She always gives us options and makes sure we understand them. She takes her time and we never feel like she's in a rush, even when we know she is "squeezing us in". She surrounds herself with great support staff. They are always kind, have a good knowledge of our pets and understand that our pets are family. I highly recommend this clinic. We would never go anywhere else.
