In our facility, Dr. Marc Siebert and our staff offer services such as acupuncture, nutritional therapies, annual checkups, vaccinations, treatment of injuries and diseases, general surgery, dental care, diagnostic and laboratory tests, diet monitoring of both medical and prescription and non-medicated bath. These are just some of the services they offer, allowing your pet to live a healthier and more comfortable.

Homeopathy services are available by appointment. Dr. Michelle Yasson (Holistic Veterinary Services) serves patients in our hospital once a month. In addition, Dr. Jill Elliot is available for consultation on holistic and homeopathic treatments and remedies.

H.S. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent care and service that I received while my Morkie was under your care. Before I moved, Heart of Chelsea was my primary veterinary, and I can confidently say that it was one of the best veterinary clinics I've ever been to.. The lobby is clean and welcoming, and I appreciate the fact that you provide water readily available for pets. The staff members and veterinarians are incredibly sweet and kind. They made me feel like a part of the family, and I never felt like just another client. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to ensure that they receive the best possible care.. My Morkie was diagnosed with a severe case of kennel cough and pneumonia while under your care, and the entire team at Heart of Chelsea went above and beyond to provide him with the necessary treatment and care that he needed to make a full recovery. Additionally, your team performed his teeth extraction, which went incredibly smoothly.. Despite the difficult health issues that my Morkie was dealing with, he was never afraid or terrified to visit the team at Heart of Chelsea. In fact, he looked forward to going to his appointments and seeing the staff members and veterinarians. The level of compassion and care that you showed towards my Morkie and all of your patients truly speaks to the quality of your clinic.. Overall, I would highly recommend Heart of Chelsea Vet to anyone who is looking for a veterinary clinic that provides exceptional care and service. X.S. The best veterinarians in NYC. I found them after I got my puppy from a local store they work with. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Everyone, down to the front desk staff to the Vet techs and doctors, everyone is amazing. They are up front about pricing. You know what you're paying before they do any sort of test on your baby. Some of the reviews say it's expensive, but you get what you pay for. For an animal hospital in the middle of Chelsea, the prices are pretty legit. I never walked out feeling like I over paid. Thank you so much for taking care of my little Phoebe. We love Heart of Chelsea!

J.B. This place is great. We took our new pup here after being referred from Citipups. They are very thorough and patient during every visit and clearly explain everything. For scheduled visits, I have not had any wait, and a few times when we needed to see them on short notice they had same day appointments available. All the staff is very friendly.

Not only are their doctors amazing (shout out to Dr. Summers) but the entire front desk staff (especially Dana) are so patient and helpful and have talked me through many a stressful moment! They always listen and give helpful feedback and make sure we feel heard and our pup is always treated with such gentle kindness at our visits. Could not recommend more!

I’m a first time dog owner and was referred to Heart of Chelsea Veterinary Group from the pet shop where I purchased my dog…They were great with me and my puppy, especially because I don’t know much, they were very helpful in addressing any/all questions I had, sharing best practices as a first-time puppy owner, and offering their guidance to raising a healthy and well-behaved dog. I greatly appreciate their expertise and highly recommend them as a vet.

M.L. Everyone at heart of Chelsea is amazing! I got my dachshund from a local pet store that worked with them and I wasn’t planning on staying with them because I live in NJ but they have taken such good care of my puppy they’re so attentive and take the time to really find out what is going on when he is sick, I can always get an appointment if I have an emergency. I’ve seen multiple doctors for my appointments and I loved every single one at hells kitchen and Chelsea locations! The commute will always be worth it because of how great they are!

They've been really lovely, treating my little dog Darwin quickly and efficiently every time he gets into something (I've had to lock down everything in my house. ) They are exceedingly patient and kind with Darwin's overly anxious mommy, which I really appreciate. Yes, treatment has sometimes been a shock to the wallet but they do have care credit terms, are extremely flexible with late minute appt cancellations or changes, will take care of insurance claims, and Dr. Torschia (I know I'm not spelling his last name correctly :() saved Darwin's life soooo.. worth it. I would totally recommend!
