Good service but a lot more expensive than other Veterinary hospitals.
The staff are friendly and sweet, and we absolutely love our doctor .
Hands down, the VCA family is absolutely WONDERFUL.

They make it easy to get your pet seen without having to worry about that. I'd rate more stars if I could. J.G. My entire experience with VCA Cromwell Animal Hospital was simply wonderful. During the current pandemic, they took all precautions and I was able to be present during my cat's exam (adhering to safety guidelines) which was a huge relief to me and I'm sure it also helped my cat feel more at ease also. The staff was prompt, and informative, responsive and compassionate. Every step along the process made me feel comfortable and confident that my cat was receiving the best care. The veterinary technician as well as the veterinarian (and all reception personnel) were gentle and thorough, and professional throughout the duration of the exam. I was so happy seeing my cat at ease considering the issues he is facing. The cost of care was acceptable to me, and the treatment plan provided for my cat was explained in detail. Not only do they provide top notch care before and during the process, they also followed up the next morning which really showed me how great they are and how much they take pride in caring for their patients and customers. I am very pleased to have an animal hospital that I feel 100% confident and trust in. These are all factors worth a 5 star review when it comes time to my beloved pets. THANK YOU VCA!
