Z.K. I would absolutely recommend Animal Hospital of Pensacola to anyone with a pet. We brought our puppy in because we were extremely concerned for her health. The ladies in the front and the vet were fantastic and truly gave us peace of mind for our pup. We cannot thank them enough for the thorough and compassionate care we received.

H.W.C. The staff is really nice, the facility is clean. We are in the last stages of our dogs life and have a lot of questions. Dr. Heath told us we could call and talk it out some more so we did. We called at 9:30am and when she didn’t return our call around 6pm I called and she had left for the day. It seems that if it’s not monetary, it’s unimportant to them. As someone that has never had to go through this, i am very disappointed. If it weren’t for my dogs suffering I don’t know that I would take her back there.

P.I. The staff here is warm and welcoming. When we first showed up with a 6week old stray kitten, without an appointment, they found a way to work us in that morning. Dr. Heath has been wonderful, answers all our questions. I don't feel rushed. The prices are competitive and reasonable, and they offer a lot of services, from boarding to grooming.. 10/10 recommend, furbaby approved.

P.B. Convenient location, open 7 days a week, offer grooming and boarding. The most important is that they have caring staff. The vet and the vet tech got on the floor to inspect my pet and made her comfortable. The exam room was spacious. I’m very happy with the service we received.

P. The staff took great care of our pup after she apparently had a puncture wound that got infected. The vet techs and office staff did an excellent job of explaining what they initially were going to do for treatment and made sure we understood the after care. The whole process was efficient and free of stress!

S.R. Being new to the area and having a geriatric doodle created significant stress for this new Pensacola resident. Animal Hospital of Pensacola has been a great resource in improving the quality of life for my favorite Doodle. They are a one stop shop for boarding, grooming and veterinary care with top notch staff in each area.

A.D. We started going to Animal Hospital of Pensacola a year and a half ago when our Golden Retriever needed emergency surgery and no other vet could “work her into their schedule” despite the fact that she wouldn’t make it another 12 hours without the surgery. They saved her life and we are forever grateful for that! We now have a new puppy that we bring as well. The staff is always so kind and makes our pets feel comfortable. By far the best vet in the area.

L.H.S. My pets and I have been very happy here and we have been coming to Animal Hospital for years. They have convenient hours, beyond the normal 8 - 5. The front desk workers are AMAZING. They know you and your pets by name. The front desk workers are also extremely knowledgeable. They are SO MUCH MORE than "schedulers"! All the doctors and Vet Techs treat your pet with sensitivity. They never want a pup to be nervous. And, they remember the pups' names. I have 4 grown children and Animal Hospital feels like the caring pediatrician my kids had. They also utilize a very helpful app. I routinely order medicine using it. The app sends me reminders of upcoming needs, like shots, etc.. This helps a busy working person.. We also use their grooming service. The groomers put cute bows and bandanas on the pups. More importantly, they don't keep the pups there all day, like some groomers. They get finished and text me. I REALLY appreciate that. However, if I am still at work, they will keep the girls until I get off.
