D.W. They always took such great care of our dog, Tootsie. They treated her so nicely and were so sweet with her. She passed away and they sent us a card with staff signatures, it was such a nice gesture in the moments of terrible pain that comes with losing a furry companion.

L.P. I am so grateful to have VCA Richfield as our veterinary provider. Dr. Herold is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain issues, gives pros and cons of treatments, and let's you know what to expect in terms of care. She even checked with us in a few days later to make sure our dog was feeling better.. The staff is empathetic, caring, and kind. My favorite: my dog wore a hoodie with a pocket, and they put 2 surprise treats in it as we're still doing contactless care due to the pandemic. How's that for service! Standing ovation to Richfield VCA!

C.P. Our first trip to the VCA here in Richfield was amazing. Everyone working was very kind, especially our vet Rebecca. They were very fast and professional, right at their closing hours. Sent us home with free toys too! Highly recommend :).

After our dog Bo had blockage they were a critical part in helping us get him the emergency care he needed. Thank you for all the great work everyone does at your facility!

K.A. Great service, I really appreciate they were able to squeeze us in in an otherwise booked morning as my cat was on her third day of being unable to keep anything down. I was ready to run to an emergency vet, but I trusted their primary care vet more so I had to try to see if it's possible to walk in. I was not expecting to be served immediately as I understand there are appointments they would honor first, but I said if they have WiFi I could wait at the clinic until the earliest someone can take a look at my cat and I'll be OK. I didn't have to wait long, and they were able to quickly check her up and gave her supportive treatment. Granted the checkup was longer than usual (I assume they had to also multi-task), but my cat got the treatment she needs asap at least at that time. They were able to answer my questions, and was very patient, even if I know they are very busy I did not feel rushed. Everyone was kind and professional, and even in annual exams and vaccinations they would give us a call the next day to check up on how our pet is doing. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but I really, really appreciate their help, they so far have been pretty awesome on urgent care incidents with my pets and alleviating the concerns of a very anxious pet owner. Keep it up!

A.R. When my Sammy cat was down and out with a flu, they took very good care of him. They truly cared about his well-being and gave him top notch care. They even sent messages to check in on your fur baby which gave me peace of mind. I'm happy to report Sammy is back to his normal self for the past month and he's a playful, happy cat once again. Thank you!
