E.B. My dog, Tillie, had surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. Dr. Elakbawy performed the surgery, he is the very best. The facilities at the hospital are high tech plus immaculate. I received a full post surgery report plus comprehensive after care instructions and the X-rays showing her fixed leg. I was very impressed. She is having regular check up’s with the doctor. Which is very reassuring. The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. Dr. Elakbawy is a superb surgeon plus he is caring and explains everything step by step. 100% recommendation. Thank you.

K.A. Animal Hospital Of Fairfield is a great place to care for your pet. When our elderly dog wasn't able to make the trip to our old vet they took us in a moments notice. Their doctors are very compassionate and take the time to review all care options with your pet. We would recommend them to anyone who is new to the area or in need to a new vet.

D.B. Recently my dog hurt his paw, there was a lot of blood and I took him to the vet. It turned out he had stepped on a piece of glass somewhere and it had deeply embedded itself in his paw. The experienced vet removed the glass and bandaged his paw and told me to come back in a day for a bandage.

L.M. Like most people, you do whatever you can to help your pets because they are more than pets - they are members of the family. My furbaby is a senior dog with a history of extensive dental problems, a heart condition and early kidney disease. In other words, she's not an easy patient. I rushed her to a vet ER clinic where they were ready to extract all of her remaining teeth because of an abscess! I consulted my primary vet who is amazing but she was unable to perform the required dental surgery. So I did research and found Dr. Akbawy who took the time to show me how clean, organized, modern and efficient his operating facilities and processes are. He gave me the confidence I needed to put her under, knowing he was skilled and quick, but we did so only after extensive blood work, echocardiogram, heart ultrasound, dental x-rays and other tests were performed. No, these weren't cheap but they were less that what other vets charged and most importantly, there were the RIGHT tests to do to make an informed decision about how she would handle anesthetic and surgery. Cheers to Dr. A and his team who took wonderful care of Moo!

P.C. The Doctor and staff are truly incredible! They are super friendly and knowledgeable! My poor pug needed surgery to help stop his horrible breathing noise which made it seem like he always had a bad cold. In a matter of days, maybe even less honestly, he was back to his normal hyper self and his breathing and noise and improved tremendously! The staff loves their little patients and it shows the care they have for the animals. I do recommend them highly!

E.S. Dr. Elakbawy did Unilateral Arytenoid Laterilization (Tie-back surgery) on my 9 year old Labrador Retriever who suffers from Laryngeal Paralysis (LarPar) with great success. This is a clean facility with professional, caring, quality staff. I came a far distance based on excellent reviews and reasonable cost and my dog received top quality, life saving care. All of the staff showed great care for my dog and also for myself because I was very upset and scared. I was kept updated all throughout the process by calls and texts and even pictures of Buddy in recovery. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for their pet.
