The Animal House Veterinary Center (previously named Ewa Beach Animal Hospital) opened in 2002 practicing on the leeward side of Oahu. It pride-fully maintains a presence as the only Veterinary Clinic in Ewa Beach and has grown into a family of over 10,000 active clients.

The Animal House Veterinary Center is currently a two doctor practice that has grown tremendously over the past couple of years. A renovation became a necessary component to the clinic's growth in order to accomodate the "Ewa-growing" community in Ewa Beach. New equipment now includes CO2 laser, blood machines, dental machines, digital radiology, and ultrasound imaging.

The Animal House Veterinary Center’s mission statement is to provide optimal client service and compassionate care and commitment to every pet.

G.M. After my 10 month old puppy Keoni was attacked by another dog while we were visiting Ewa Beach, he was treated for the bites and cared for by Dr. Mead and the staff at Animal House. Their attention to Keoni and their communication to me about his injuries and treatment were wonderful. I will not hesitate to go to Animal House again if Keoni needs medical care when I am at Ewa Beach.

R.S. Dr. Mullins was amazing! My poor puppy was having some stress and diarrhea and they handled him like a champ! The medicine that they sent me home with really worked and they even called to see how he was doing multiple days after his visit! I've never seen that from a vet! Another amazing thing that they believe in is making a positive experience for my dog. When he was scared they kept giving him treats and he was calming down. Then they slowly pet him and made him feel comfortable!

N.M. Friendly staff, kind to the animals, conveniently located near other pet services, and good prices. Appointment availability are usually between a week or two based on service, which is pretty good for being in hawaii. Had my pet in within 7 days or so of calling. Will continue to use this location.

J.C. Animal House staff was very accommodating, patient, and understanding of our rescue dog and her needs. She is a fearful dog who has high anxiety in unfamiliar environments, but staff at Animal House made sure she was comfortable and took their time with her.

K.R. All the staff is very excellent. Koa loves attention to a fault, Lol, but they always take time to stop what they’re doing and say hi to Koa. That small gesture alone proves they care and they appreciate you. Koa always seems to be happy every time we go to the Vet. If Koa is happy, we’re happy. Highly recommend.

L.F. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to answer all my questions and provide good recommendations. The facility was a little dirt I could see dirt and grim on the floor so I was hesitant to let my cat walk around in the room. Location is attached to a mechanic shop, which I know isn’t there fault but rather inconvenient due to the noise. I will continue service but I hope to see more cleanliness in the future.

R.M. We have been going to Animal House Veterinary Center since 2009 when Emo, my papillon/chih dog was just 2 months old weighing in at 2. 3 pounds! Now Emo is 13 years old and going strong! WIth the kindness and total care shown to Emo from Dr. Mead and her team, I can tell we are being given top quality care because Emo wears a smile on his face. That says it all, really! I'm attaching photos of Emo through the years, take a look for yourself and you'll see a very content boy! Thank you Animal House!

E.M. Abit pricey and sadly it's the only close veterinary clinic I can go for my pets due to time problem because of work. However, they're very friendly and willing to arrange things on appointments with my difficult work schedule. They tried to a closer date for appointment to help me when I first got my puppy and he had worms for a week. He got better quick after visiting them. They're also helping me with my fleas and thick problems on my puppy and cats.
