I have been extremely pleased with all the medical care and services received.
Symptoms got worse so called and Friday and was told they had no vet on staff.
I also feel the prices are reasonable for vet examinations.

B.C. The process from 1st contact with the office in Madison. The office in Branford closed, so I decided since her records are with this facility I would followup at the Madison office and get my Mila covered with all the tests and vaccinations she was due. They took us right away and asked me questions and, since we got there early they were wrapping up their lunch. The staff that was there and Dr. SHANLEY. (please forgive me if there is an error with anyone's name). They were so wonderful with my and Mila's needs and concerns, and requests. Michelle sent communication the next day to tell me that all Mila's testing came back and everything was negative and that she was healthy! I was very happy to get the news so quickly! The staff was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and very kind and considerate. I was very pleased with the entire office and staff. Thank you for making Mila comfortable which in turn eased my anxiety. We are extremely happy with East Shore Veterinary, Madison CT.

J.F. We're so happy to have them so close to home as our little one doesn't take well to car rides. They are kind and always willing to take time to answer questions. We trust them with our little girl. Making appointments is easy and they have a good system to get patients safely in and out.

C.S. Becky is the most caring vet. She always has my dog's best interest at heart and I trust her feedback. She explains everything very clearly and is always accessible. She calls back personally to check on my dog and I whenever we need to get in, they have room for acute visits. Highly recommend!

V.G. Dr. Hinsley is so smart and never makes me feel rushed. My dog has had ongoing GI issues and Dr. Hinsley has been excellent at answering all of our questions thoughtfully and with a lot of detail. She also practices shared decision making and involves us in our puppy’s care. When our dog needed to go to the ER, she called the ER to update them on my pup’s medical history and sent them her most recent labs. Staff at East Shore is also incredibly friendly and kind at both Madison and Branford sites. As a type A dog momma with a pup who has had lots of health concerns, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND East Shore.

M.S. We have been bringing mollie here for the past month and she is a very happy puppy! As soon as we still her she’s going to day care she races to the closet where her leash is. The people there are wonderful! They take great care of our little girl. I highly recommend them!

J.B. This is a great team of vets, technicians and support staff, all care very much about our pets and give very high quality care, plus have other services like doggy day care, boarding and grooming. We've been going here for 35 years through five dogs (and two guinea pigs) and as the staff has evolved - the central premise of genuinely caring for the animals has been there throughout. Surprisingly (as it is going to the doctor! ), our dogs have been happy to go back. I recommend them without reservation.
