J.B. We love these people! They are so caring, kind, and empathetic. All of the Dr's, nurses and staff are extremely talented. They have really helped us and other families get through pretty tough times with our 4 legged family members. I can't say enough about how awesome this Animal hospital is. Thank God for these Angels taking care of our pets!

T.S. HANDS-DOWN THE BEST, MOST CARING HOSPITAL EVER! If your pet is like a real member of your family, then you won't take it anywhere else but here! I took my cat Baxter here on 03/05/20 after noticing a huge burn on his stomach. From the first phone call until the end of the visit, every single staff member was AMAZING! They acted with URGENCY and saw him immediately! They treated my Baxter with compassion and concern, and Baxter really liked them! They explained every detail in a calm, professional, assuring manner. They told me exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take.. I can't say enough GOOD things about DR. FRANK and his expertise! He immediately knew what caused the burn (a groomer misusing a hair dryer). He knew how worried and scared I was, and he made sure that I knew Baxter would be ok. Dr. Frank was personable, professional, caring, and treated Baxter as if he was his own pet! Dr. Frank has an amazing bedside manner, a great personality with a welcoming smile, and is a true expert in his field! I want to give special recognition & thanks to Kelsey, who took my call and worked me in so fast. Also, huge shout out and thanks to Ashlee (Ashley?), the first nurse we saw who initially examined Baxter and was extremely caring and sweet! For a pet owner like me who was very scared, worried, and basically freaking out, they ALL knew exactly what to do treat the situation and help not only Baxter feel better, but me too. I left feeling 100% better and confident that my Baxter was in good hands and would be just fine! I will never take him anywhere else! P. S. Be VERY careful and make sure you use due diligence in choosing a groomer for your pet. I chose a mobile groomer without much research, and you can see from the pictures that I made a bad mistake! From now on, Animal Hospital of Tiger Point has my business with health & grooming needs! Lesson learned the hard way!
