L.J. I wish all of my human doctor offices were as fantastic as my pup's veterinary clinic! *THAT'S* how strongly I feel about the 5-star rating for GPAH! I've brought my dogs there for almost 20 years now. Our current mutt is definitely high-need and I consider us "frequent flyers" at the vet. All of the staff - from the front desk team to the techs - are loving, caring, attentive, and responsive. And then there are the amazing veterinarians! I could never sing Dr. Zinkus' praises enough. Not only does she go above and beyond for her patients and their humans, she's so knowledgeable and thorough. Without a doubt, our 11. 5 yr old, high-need dog would not be as healthy or happy without her!

F.G. My visit to Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital was hard. My sweet, older dog "Bear" was not feeling well and needed an ultrasound. The first time I called to try to schedule an appointment, the young lady on the other end of the phone was very informative and pleasant. I told her my story about my sweet Bear. She gave me an appointment for the following Friday. She shared the information with Dr. Angela Zinkus, who in turn rescheduled my appointment for the following Monday. She expressed to me that she didn't want my sweet Bear's discomfort prolonged. My dog and I were greeted with a sweet and a lively good morning. The sweet vet assistants reassured me that they would take good care of my Bear and would call me with his results. They were very comforting because leaving him was extremely hard and his results were even harder. The hospital was very pet friendly and inviting. They called me throughout the procedure to reassure me that Bear was okay. The doctor was very personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me everything I need to help make Bear comfortable. Bear is happy and still hanging in here with me because of the care provided by Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital. I would definitely recommend Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pet children.

C.L. Germantown Parkway Animal Hospital has been caring for my cats and kittens for nearly 20 years. I trust them completely and they’ve handled some significant medical issues. Their Veterinarians and Staff are personable and highly trained, it’s easy to see they’re in the profession because they like animals. And very important for me, their friendly manner puts my cats at ease, they talk with my cats as if they were their own! Lifetime professionals because they like it, it’s easy to pick up on that. Very good group, personable, friendly, and attentive.

A.R. Very nice, helpful, and friendly/happy staff and Dr. Mace was amazing. She also took her time to call me and leave a detailed message explaining to me what had been done to my injured pet, etc. And took even more time when I picked him up explaining what had been done, her recommendations for his home care and follow up. Highly recommend!

P.M. Highly recommend Dr. Zinkus and the entire staff at Germantown Pkwy Animal Hospital! She completed a torn ACL and luxating patella repair for my 13 year old yorkie and she's now back to 100%! She even made sure she still looked cute with her purple cow cast! I was worried about her walking with a cast but other than loooking like a peg-legged pirate, she had no problem getting around with it.
