L.G. I've brought my pets to HWV for decades & have had great service. Now, I am single and working full time and the Saturday closure is hard for me. I had to take 1/2 of a vacation day to get my boys in for their shots. Not great.. that why I rated 7 instead of 10.

A.B.S. Dr. Balaj was so great to Kylo, and honest and sincere at what had to be done and what the problem was. Then also got a call from him after surgery to let me know what he did and where we were going with the treatment. The Staff called to inform me of what to do and what meds he would take before I picked him up, then scheduled the next two appointments. the day after surgery they called to see how Kylo was and checked on him. I sincerely appreciate them getting him in and helping him. I have a new vet and I am very happy. Sincerely Mickey and Don Wrona and Kylo.

C.J. Had to euthanize my boxer. Staff was very empathetic and patient. We were allowed to spend our final minute with her and grieve afterward. Thanks for understanding.

M.1. I used to take my dogs there years ago. I only stopped because I got an Akita rescue (150 lbs Akita) who was very particular to who he would let touch him so I thought it best to stick with the vets from the rescue. I took my new puppy there yesterday and I'm very pleased to say nothing has changed. Dr. Brooks was great with my Puppy and I could tell she loves the animals and does what is best for them. Dr. Balaj is still there I was pleased to hear but I'm very happy with Dr. Brooks as well. I would recommend HWV to anybody over any veterinarians.

J.S. The staff were very friendly and professional. Even though Mocha my rabbit was a bit nippy they still handled her with patience and care.
