The service & staff are still amazing & extremely knowledgeable!.
That’s a standard business expense which should not be forced into customers.
The price per checkup on my rabbit (exotic pets) was very reasonable as well.

He shares his enthusiasm for veterinary medicine by regularly participating in local school career days and science fairs as well as by participating in mentoring programs for aspiring veterinarians attending Northwest, Quince Orchard and Wooten High Schools. Dr. Handel also invites school groups and scouting troops into the hospital for tours.

F.O. I almost don't want to write this review, because I love how fast I can get an appointment and want to guard this amazing vet... A small but wonderful thing I appreciate about Kentlands Veterinary Hospital is how much Dr Stotz, the vet techs, and the receptionists are so affectionate to my pets. They are animal people, and their enthusiasm shown in awww-ing over my pets makes me feel like my pets are not only being provided for, but being cared for and loved.. Dr Stotz is a wonderful vet. She notices things that no other vet has noticed about my pets and provides an excellent level of care due to her attention to detail. She has great diagnostic abilities as well and has been able to pinpoint the source of problems my pets have had in order to best treat them--where other vets just give out antibiotics/antivirals and call it a day. Highly-HIGHLY recommend!

M.W. Rehab team is incredible! Thoughtful, knowledgeable, and affordable. Rachel is the sweetest and my 12 year old pup Olive had a smooth recovery with her help! HIGHLY highly recommend.

K.M. Dr. Handell is wonderful! I came to the practice from another practice that fell short. I am Miguel's voice. His strong advocate. I have never visited a practice where the Veterinarian that was so well prepared. Dr. Handell read Miguel's paperwork prior to our arrival; was familiar with Miguel's hydrocephalus (water on the brain) issue; prepared to discuss his issues and my concerns; followed through with a plan; coordinated on the same day with Miguel's Neurologist; and took the time to call me after. I was completely blown away with the care Miguel received! I have already shared my experience and recommendations with my friends, one of whom has special needs dogs. I look forward to continuing this journey with Dr. Handell. God Bless you Sir for your strong work ethic and compassionate care you provided. We will be back. Sir you have restored my faith!

M.C. Our two dogs were recently neutered and chipped. Emma is AMAZING and took such great care of Jack Jack and Dash! She was compassionate and listened deeply to my concerns and questions. She made us feel like a priority and not just a number! Savannah went through the post op information with such great detail before we picked the pups up and made me feel well informed of what I was walking into and set realistic expectations. I love ALL of the front end women who constantly make my family and I feel welcomed, seen and supported with each and every visit. And of course Dr. Handel is a one of a kind find and we are so very thankful to have found him! We are lifers with Kentlands Vet and are so glad to join their family!

P.L. I switched vets after they allowed me to come in as a non patient for an emergency visit as I was right down the street. Even in an emergency visit the price was amazing. The staff has been incredible with my dog which is a high energy Belgian Malinois. They were amazing with elderly puppy as well. Extremely knowledgeable Doctors and techs. I live 30 miles away and have plenty of options but will not go anywhere else. I couldn't be happier. Super clean. Super friendly staff. State of the art facility without gouging you. Thank you!

E.V.T. We have been coming to Kentlands Vet for years. The staff is always so nice and caring towards all the pets that come in. Never had a bad experience there, besides the several times we have had to put our animals to sleep. That wasn't so great for obvious reasons. :-( Anyway, we got one cat left and she enjoyed her visit this week!

T.B. Dr. Handel and his staff are amazing! Our Kitty was in desperate need for a vet to do a mastectomy due to tumors and they handled everything right away. Estimates were done and it was surprisingly A LOT LOWER than another facility. You know it wasn’t all about the money. They really cared, the staff (Marsha, Emma, etc) took care of our furball from the time we walked in until the time they brought her out after the procedure. The manager Ms. Chapman was also on top of scheduling and billing, she made sure it was a smooth process for us. And Dr. Handel was awesome. He explained everything well and made sure I wasn’t left uninformed. I didn’t even have to be calling and following up, he called me right away after the surgery. It means a lot to have PEACE OF MIND. So take my word for it, should you need a vet for your animal babies, Kentlands Veterinary Hospital is the place to go.
