The staff is super nice and the vet was very knowledgeable and helpful.
When I got my bill for 1,300 for a dog that had a stomach virus I was shocked.
I absolultey love this place and the entire staff.

A.S. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Krauss are phenomenal vets! My dog was getting ready to have puppies and we had just moved so I needed to find a vet closer to me. I called and set up an appointment and Dr. Krauss walked me through everything. I went from being so nervous about my dog's first litter to feeling extremely confident in knowing what to expect and how to handle different scenarios. I took the puppies here for their check ups and met Dr. Edwards as well. She is so compansionate about animals and gave me great reccomendations. I absolultey love this place and the entire staff.

S.D. I feel so comfortable at this practice! I met Dr. Edwards at a rescue event earlier this year and explained my dog’s situation at our old vet. She talked about how she wanted the animals she worked with to be comfortable coming in and all of the ways we could support that. At our first appointment, the vet tech and Dr. Edwards sat on the floor and fed my dog treats. They got to know her and made her feel safe before continuing the exam. This was such a huge change from the vets who put a muzzle on my 14 pound, never bit anyone in her life, super submissive dog as they man handle her throughout an exam. I love Dr. Edward’s approach to healing (if she’s not in pain, and showing no signs of the leg bothering her every day activity, let’s leave surgery out of the equation) and want to make all people/animals in the room comfortable. She even invited me to bring my dog by to have her feed her some treats again to make sure she’s more comfortable in the space and with her the next time we visit! I’m so happy with the decision to switch to this practice.

K.T. The staff here is wonderful. The vet called after my cat's drop off appointment to all questions and tell me how she's doing. The front desk also called the next day to make sure she didn't react to the vaccines. They were so caring when my dog passed away. Great place!

M.V. Wonderful place! Took my puppy for an initial exam and get any shots that were needed; the staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. They took good care of my little puppy! They told me the shots she would need for the next visit and told me the shots I might want to get for her along with the reasons why. They didn't push any services or shots on us and made us feel welcome and confident to use them as our vet. This place is worth the drive as we live in Frederick.

E.S. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Dr. Negola saved my Standard Poodle from having shoulder surgery when he tore his shoulder. The dog had to give up competition but he seems good as new and its been about 6 years ago. He still runs and plays and has a good time.

D.P. We've depended on Negola's Ark for 6 years to see to the care of our two cats. We originally went there after a horrible experience with another vet and we sought out recommendations for the best vet. They are a little more pricey than other vets in the area and the staff can be somewhat distracted but the care has been top notch. The vets and techs have been very knowledgeable, willing to explain health issues and it is obvious they care. When one cat needed surgery they brought in a specialist and made sure we were informed and satisfied before, during and after. Even when faced with the fighting, frantic, feline fireballs that are our cats at the vet they make every effort to see they are made comfortable.
