A.A. I've been bringing my two dogs here since 2017, and they're great. I've never had an issue, thoughtful staff, and good advice for my dogs care. Great place!

J.W. The Dr was very chill and easy to deal with. Staff seemed nice. We were in and out in about an hour. Our dog couldnt even stand up when we went in. Came running out all by himself. Def pricey. But was well worth it.

N.M. So friendly! We were previously with a different vet in Winchester and very happy we made the switch.

S.W. Today was the first time I have been on the "client" side of the exam table ?. I had this Best experience. From Jennifer at the front desk, April as my vet assistant and Dr. Kim Arthur as my trusted Veterinarian. my baby and I were taken care of like Family. I was guided through all the vaccines and medications, choosing what I wanted throughout the options. I am extremely Happy with my decision to bring "Baci" to AVAH.

D.J. Dr Walls and her staff at Apple Valley have cared for 6 of my dogs over the last 15 years. Caring, compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and they clearly love the work they do. Can't say enough good things about this awesome vet.. EDIT 11/3: Sadly, I've had to reduce my review to three stars. We recently had to take one of our dogs to the after hours emergency vet. She was diagnosed with a severe, potentially fatal disease, requiring frequent blood testing (every 24 to 48 hours). They insisted we get her tested at her regular vet within 24 hours. We tried to make an appointment with Apple Valley and were treated as a nuisance. Even after explaining the severity of our dog's condition, the best they could offer was "Sorry, we can't fit you in. Maybe you should take her back to the emergency vet. " I understand vets are extremely busy these days, and the woman on the phone complained that she already had two people call out that day, but some level of compassion would have been appreciated, especially considering how long I've been bringing my dogs there. We eventually called another vet that's actually closer to our home. They didn't have any openings, but after I explained the situation, I was told "Be here at 2:00 and we'll find a way to fit her in. " She's been back now for several more follow ups and the care she's receiving is top notch. She's out of the woods, and on her way a solid recovery, though she'll still need testing about once a week. I'm really saddened that Apple Valley's service seems to have suffered over the years. I'll always appreciate the care that Dr. Walls gave to my previous pets, but will not be bringing any more to that practice.

S. We took our pet pig to get spayed and they did a wonderful job. The employees were very friendly and informative. Their prices are reasonable and it is clear they truly have a passion for taking care of animals and beloved pets alike.
