I.V. Putting my pet down was the worst experience I had to deal with but the Dr who saw Zen was incredibly kind & realistic with the situation that my cat was going through. I appreciate her giving me options to ensure a better quality of life for Zen. ( I cannot remember the vets name which I apologize for but she was amazing and caring in the time she was with my cat). Overall, I felt all the love the people who work here have for animals.. I will say, I called earlier in the day when I saw my cats health getting worse. The receptionist mentioned I should give a call prior to coming in incase I could not be seen and had to go somewhere else.

K.P. We came into VCA 12/30/22 because our 15 year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Gucci, starting acting not like himself. He was sleeping a lot, seemingly weak, not drinking/eating which caused our concerns. The veterinarian assigned to us was Dr. Andrew, and we couldn’t have asked for a better veterinarian at the time when we had to make a difficult decision for Gucci - euthanasia, due to his critical condition. The doctor was the most tactical, understanding, caring professional we could ever ask for. He took care of Gucci during his lasts moments, he listened to our input, answered any questions we asked, and even though it was one of the hardest days and decisions of our lives, we couldn’t have done it without Dr. Sowders. He does his job honestly and lovingly, and that’s all you’d ever want to ask for from a professional taking care of your beloved pet. On Gucci’s behalf and on our behalf, we truly want to thank you Dr. Sowders for being so kind. We couldn’t have done it without you and we greatly appreciate you. I really hope that more professionals can be just like you. Thank you!

A.R. It was the hardest decision we had to make on Christmas Day of all days. The staff was so kind and accommodating- they saved a room for us and helped saying goodbye to our handsome solo as easy as it could have been given the circumstances. We are so thankful they were open and so helpful! Thank you again!

K.M. VCA took exceptional care of my dog from the moment I walked in the door with him. Their staff and vets genuinely cared about his wellbeing during a difficult time. My phone calls were always answered and I had immediate responses about his condition when he was hospitalized. The vets took their time explaining his care to me and answered every question I had. I truly feel VCA went above and beyond in caring for my dog and I am truly grateful.

A.K. Thank you so much to all the staff here for taking such great care of my Ruby. This was one of the most difficult times of my life and knowing the amazing care she was getting really helped me through. Our baby is now home safe and back to her normal self. I can’t say thank you enough for saving our baby. I am forever grateful.
