A.S. I wish I could rate this place higher! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left there was so much comfort. My trucking cat and best friend passed away in December. My daughter and I walked in unmasked and crying. The receptionist was on top of things immediately. She immediately went back for a vet tech and then brought us water. It wasn't but a minute before we were taken to a room. Unfortunately we were told he had passed. The rest was all done at our convenience. We were given a button to call them when we knew how we wanted to continue. While on the phone with my husband, the vet tech assured me she could get me a bit of hair and prints. The prints came back to me in an amazing container. We had a private exit, which we both really appreciated. A few days later I realized I wasn't happy with my selection of cremation. I called back and they were able to accommodate me. I was able to pay over the phone. I received my baby back much earlier than I was told. Then a week or so later we got a personalized card in the usps mail. How can a heart break and be so full at the same time? Thank you to everyone at this establishment! Thank you!

S.H. I have been coming to Tri. City Vet for all my dogs for over 30 years. Dr Lucey is the best Vet Doctor. I would like to suggest Tri city Vet 100 %. The staff is very friendly. I hope Dr Lucy never retires. ?.

M.M. Came here to remove stitches and get osito vaccinated, was met with the best customer service and care for my dog! Dr. Westhof and the vet assistant were so patient, understanding, and so nice when dealing with osito. He’s usually super nervous and jumpy but they were able to calm him down and get on his good side! Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

K.W. Found 2 loose dogs runnin amuck in my neighborhood so I caught 'em & brought them here with all my fingers & toes crossed that 1 of them was microchipped. The lady at the desk was already dealing with some other issue so we had to wait a little bit but eventually she was able to scan them, findin 1 to be microchipped. She had to make a couple calls but eventually was able to get a hold of the owner! Relief! I thought it was really cool they had these temporary leashes just for situations like this so I took a couple home with me in case this happens again. I've used VCA (not this location) previously & no complaints other than ya know, corporate pricing. This location was spacious, well maintained & conveniently located. E.P. Yesterday I had to do one of the hardest things of my life.. say goodbye to my Carlito. It's been me and him for the past 16 years and this was of my most difficult days. Thank you to Dr. Lucy and staff for your patience, understanding and for taking good care of my Carlito. I know he was fiesty and your patience made all the difference in the world to me and him. I know you are taking good care of him until he is able to be returned to me and come home.

A. Had to take my youngest cat here for a checkup and a vaccination shot. We recently moved to Arizona and finding an affordable but good vet was important to us. They were very caring and made sure my boy was comfortable with minimal stress. They even gave us a good bag of stuff for the first visit.
