Woodlake Veterinary Hospital, established in 1965, is a client-oriented practice. It is a full service American Animal Hospital Association accredited hospital. The hospital offers vaccines, wellness visits, dental cleanings, routine spay and neuters, and advanced surgery. They have many tools for diagnostics such as in house blood testing with results possible in minutes. They also have X-rays and on-call ultrasound. The hospital offer behavioral counseling for cats and dogs.

S.L. We got a dog in September and made this her primary vet and have had a really great experience every time! Checkups, shots, nails trims and scheduling have all been great. They’re all very sweet and caring to her. Everyone is super nice and the vets answer all our questions. Very nice vet especially with the remodel!

They treat my pet as an important, special being, not just another animal coming through their doors. The doctors are thorough in both examination and explanation of options. I love them! K.S. Great experience; staff was attentive and tuned in to my cat and got the tasks done creatively. This was our second visit and my cat (a pure bred R. Blue) seemed more relaxed and cooperative. Traci the Tech knew about Blues (a cat whisperer I think??) and that seemed to make things go well. Very pleased and confident about using this clinic!

K.S. They got my dog in for a same day appt. The veterinarian did a thorough exam and provided us with lots of treatment options. She was super gentle and kind with my old pup. She also responded to a follow up question via email and gave great detail in her response to ensure I understood her answer. Great care and staff! Ever vet we’ve seen has been wonderful! Highly recommend!

K.S. Woodlake genuinely cares about people and their pets.. I needed to get my dog in for a last-minute vaccination before a big trip, and in order to fit me into their full schedule, the vet came in early one day. The staff I interacted with at the front were also incredibly kind.. Thank you, Woodlake staff! We'll definitely be back.

S.M. None of our cats have ever been in to Woodlake. So why am I leaving this review? Because on Friday (today is Monday), as one of our kitties was growing visibly ill, our regular vet was booked out too far -- and none of the other dozen or so vets I called in desperation was going to be able to see her for at least a week. Woodlake said they could squeeze her in this Tuesday -- tomorrow.. Sadly, she died last night. She must have chosen a time when all four of her humans were together; both of our adult sons were here. It was all very sudden, and came just six months after another of our beloved kitties died. I called Woodlake and left a voice mail saying why we wouldn't make it. Not only did they send me a really kind text this morning with their condolences; they ALSO left me a sweet voice mail, and later in the morning, called me again. What wonderful, caring people. I am so thankful to know that this clinic is here and staffed by such sweethearts.

K.J. I trust this vet. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. The doctors take the time to explain things to you. They are great about fitting you in when available at short notice when needed. I'd recommend this vet to anyone in the twin cities area.

Staff is amazing from the front desk to the clinical team! they are transparent about prices and I feel they genuinely do have your pets best interest in mind. We’ve gotten another kitten we will also take here and I’m confident they will continue to provide the best care! :).
