For the past 24 years, Drs. K.D. Dr. Pickle is great! I have to come here often because one of my cats, Gertrude, has feline herpes which has no cure just management of symptoms. Gertie likes coming here so much that she just strolls into the carrier when I put it on the floor. If that isn't a testament for great care, I don't know what else is!

J.K. I had a dog that had a major change in movement over night Thursday into Friday and I was out of town. Messaged the clinic Friday evening to see about getting in. Dr Pickle messaged back stating they weren't going to be in that Saturday but gave me 4 other local choices she trusted and the one I went to was great.. Most impressive part was that Dr Pickle personally pulled up our records and made them available electronically in case the other vet needed them.. Great attention to detail and, more so, concern for her customers instead of for protecting her client base by not sharing with other clinics. Very impressive and exactly what customer service used to be all about.. taking care of people even if that means sending them to a competitor.. You have a customer for life for sure!
