S.G. Dr. Luntz and his staff are excellent. We have been taking our dogs, cats, and ferrets to Dr. Luntz for about seven years now. He has always been helpful and kind, very professional, and is willing to discuss all of the options for treatment. He is also very good about researching various issues to give us the best information. He saved my ferret's life when I was ready to give up in despair, and has been incredibly helpful with our band of neurotic rescued dogs and cats.. In my long experience as a pet owner I have come to understand that everyone has different expectations of their vet, and a vet that I like may not be the one another person will want to use. I confidently recommend Dr. Luntz to people who ask, with the knowledge that they may end up going elsewhere, which is obviously their choice. I like a vet who speaks to me plainly and doesn't sugar-coat things, and one who will put the animal's quality of life above all else. We would not think of using another vet. He and his staff are knowledgeable and very easy to deal with, and the level of care and compassion when we have had to make the saddest decisions about our brood has been very high.
