C.G. In all honesty, I’ve heard some bad stories about VCA animal hospitals. So, with some trepidation I used VCA Northern because they were recommended by the agency that I adopted my dog (Julius) from. I could not be happier that I decided to use them. All of staff that I have interacted with thus far have been amazingly friendly and professional. Dr. Martin is AWESOME! She is so sweet and helpful. I’m sure there are veterinary practices much closer to my home, but the service and staff at VCA Northern will keep me driving the 35 min each way to ensure that my dog is getting the best care.

Z.W. I had the absolute best vet experience here at VCA Northern. I can't speak more highly of this phenomenal staff. I had to switch vet offices because my last one (Palm Glen Animal Hospital) was a NIGHTMARE! This is like night and day. They strictly adhere to all prevention of Covid-19 protocols which is a huge relief. When our tech came out to escort us inside, she carried my standard poodle puppy inside for me and he's heavy! Once we got inside, everyone gave my little guy so much love and attention. He gave so many kisses! Everyone was so friendly and the office is very clean. The best part is that I feel that my puppy got a thorough check up. My last vet office barely looked at him before shoving us out the door. Dr. DeCamp answered all my questions and concerns. And when it was time to leave, our tech carried him back outside to the car. Stupendous care and service. Thank you for making our experience there such an amazing one! My pup and I look forward to his next visit!

D.R. Normally we bring our dog here and have no issue. Which is why I am giving them 3 starts. However after calling this morning and speaking to a very rude very unprofessional woman I think we will be taking our puppies else where. She just kept trying to not hear what I had to say unless I provided her with one word answers. Wouldn’t even help when I was struggling with my puppies breeds. Completely shut me up and cut me off from what I was saying. That was after I already told her I wasn’t done explaining something else that she wouldn’t let me finish saying. It’s so crazy to me how people can think it’s ok to be so unnecessarily rude especially when they are trying to gain/keep your business. I WILL NEVER refer this company again. And I will be going through every post when I do recommend them and deleting my recommendation.

R.N. Our dog hurt his hind leg and could not walk on it. We took him here and had to drop him off. He had 3 x-rays and blood work. When I went to pick him up the bill was over $630. 00. And, they were not able to help him- we need to take him somewhere else. That much money, and NO help for our dog. Quite a rip-off, I think.

C.C. Dr. Martin treats me nothing but respect and she treats my fur babies kindly. She's a good people and animal person. She's very informative and professional. I TRUST her with my fur babies! YOU ARE SO AWESOME.. THANK YOU DR. MARTIN ‼️. Nick goes way beyond what he has to do. My babys hair was all matted and he cleaned her up for me and didn't charge me at all! He is very professional and treats my babies so good. THANK YOU NICK FOR BEING SO KIND TO ME AND HELPING MY BABY‼️.

K.B. They were amazing. Dr. Hammerich was amazing with my cat I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the care of my cat Smokey. She was amazing with my sister's dog Guinness when his little paw was broken. Checking on us repeatedly to make sure the everything was healing quite well. This will be the only that office I will be going to As Long As Dr. Hammerich is there. Couldn't ask for a better Veterinary.
