B.Z. My dog's vet appointment was life changing for the both of us. All Creatures is the 4th veterinarian that my dog has been to in her 2 years. She is very nervous around strangers. She has been petrified at all of her appointments. At one appointment she was so scared that we left.. Sami started the appointment at All Creatures by hiding under their table. Jason the lab tech got down to Sami's level and gently spoke with her and let her take her time getting comfortable.. Dr. Rosalie Hezekiah and Jason let Sami work at her own pace and at the end of the appointment she was bouncing around and licking their faces.. I am so thankful that I found the right place for my dog!
M.L. My elderly cat had not been keeping down food for several days. I feared the worst. Staff at All Creatures accomodated her needs as a new patient and did a thorough work-up without time pressure. She was determined to have a common older cat condition that could be managed for some time with diet. I appreciate All Creatures' thoroughness and patience with my anxiety. They made her feel much more comfortable and gave her back her appetite. It's now up to me to follow their well-researched at-home care plan. All Creatures literally saved and extended my precious pet's life!
B.E. We have lived in Massachusetts for 12 years in that time we have had 2 dogs, 3 cats, and now 2 birds and a puppy. We had a fabulous vet who we followed from one location to another but she left 6 years ago. She was amazing.. neither of the actual clinics were as a whole if I am honest. We have been in search of a caring vet and clinic for the last 7 years. We ended up finding All creatures because we got 2 cockatiels and were looking for a vet that specialized. We had wonderful care for Louie and Lola, a really thorough and informative visit. SO when we got our new great dane puppy, we reached out for advice for a great dane vet and found no answers from anyone, so we thought we would take her to All creatures as well. WOW! The kindness and overall demeanor of the staff and vet were over the top wonderful. The time they took to examine and get to know her was amazing frankly! They got on the floor with her and played as they did the exam and shots! She loved it! My husband and I were so relieved and pleased with the entire experience. Rue will definitely be coming back and looking forward to it :-) Never thought I'd say that about a vet/clinic for my dogs.. Couldn't have asked for better and I am coming off a very bad experience with the end of the life of my dane before this puppy. Trusting a vet again was going to take a lot, but I am feeling confident and impressed with ACVH.
C.T. Finding a knowledgeable exotics vet isn't always easy, but we are happy with the care our rabbit has received at All Creatures. Now we bring our kitten and puppy here, too. No animal is unimportant here! When my daughter's hamster passed, the care and compassion she received from the staff was heartwarming. They were even able to capture (tiny) paw prints for us in a beautiful keepsake.
E.H. I decided to go to All Creatures since they have a pet dentist there and my car needs tooth extractions. The wait wasn’t too long as it seemed they were very busy. The vet tech did the initial exam on my cat and was very thorough with asking me questions about the cats health. The vet was super friendly and helpful as well, beyond my expectations. They were very clear about next steps, and were reasonably priced as far as vet bills go.
D.A. We are so thankful to All Creatures, Dr. Hezekiah and Patty. Our cat Twinkie had been sick, and even though we are not clients of All Creatures, we got an appointment within a few days. We were expecting to have to put her down. Dr. Hezekiah explained all our options to us and she was so respectful of our emotions. The team at All Creatures did everything they could to make sure that not only Twinkie was comfortable, but that we were too. They took such good care of Twinkie, it was if they had known her her whole life. Thank you for everything today.
    G. They're very compassionate and caring when you get there with your loved pet and find out it's 2 sick to ever see it again. This vet treats you like they have known you for a long time. I had to leave without my very loved ferret and my heart was broken ? and they were so caring and comforting.
