Review:
The office is sterile, the staff is super friendly and the doctors are great.
Needless to say I will not be taking my puppy back to these people.
Wish they had an outside bench to sit and wait, we often have to walk to visits.

S.R.I transferred to Bath-Brunswick vets after my previous vet office was so rude as to send a text message to cancel an appointment I had made 3 months earlier. I was appalled at the lack of consideration -- not even a phone call to explain why and offer me another appointment. I'm very glad I made the change! My new vet, Dr. Smith, is considerably more thorough than my previous vet. For example, she discovered that my dog had never been vaccinated against leptospirosis - not even at the vet I was using before I moved to this area. Instead of waiting until their office was open, Dr. Smith even called me on the weekend to discus my dog's test results! The techs I have met, (and I've met quite a few), have all been lovely, as have all the office staff. I couldn't be happier!
J.J.The whole team at BBVA is great - doctors, techs, front desk crew always are helpful, friendly, and caring. Nothing phases them and I have challenging pets! It was really hard during COVID to not be able to go in with the “patients” for visits but they made the best of it and still provided excellent care. Now, we are all together again and everybody, Bjorn, Ulla, Awesomeface, Zooey, Seymour and me (the human), is happier and thanks to BBVA very healthy.
A.P.We have been coming B-B Veterinary since we moved to Maine 5 years ago. And even though we've moved an hour away, we still use them. Dr. Chrishen is our favorite, so personable and friendly but they are all great vets!
K.W.The team, especially Dr. Magenis is always wonderful to my chihuahua Chili Dog. Although Chili Dog hates going to the vet, I am confident in every visit that we will be shown compassion and receive quality care. Bath-Brunswick Veterinary Associates goes over the top for Chili Dog!
C.R.R.We are very pleased and happy. Food. Shipping. Service. Prices. And great convenience to us. Love chewy. Thanks for everything. Brady and asher.
D.R.S.Fantastic service, been going her for years. Dr. Chretien is the best, my dogs seem to love him! Clear communication and billing. No surprises. Wouldn't take my doggos anywhere else!
G.A.I took my lab in because of a limp in her left back leg. The staff were friendly and professional, and I didn't have to wait long to see the Veterinarian, Dr. Kevin Chritien. Prior to this "Penny" had surgery for early cancer detected from a lump in one of her teats. Both times she had been given the utmost care and attention to detail. As an owner, I was given several suggestions for treatment options from conservative "watch-and-wait", to more extensive diagnostic tests, and was well-informed on what was most likely the best course of action to take. Penny recovered beautifully from her surgery, without complications, several months ago, and still acts like a pup at age 9, which is why she ended up with a muscle strain recently. The facility is clean and inviting, and there is a place for pet relief outside with bags available and a receptacle for quick clean up. I highly recommend care here.
